West End Co

We first visited West End Co in search of a hall runner and were immediately impressed with the quality and selection of rugs available. We were assisted by Dan, whose personalised service exceeded all of our expectations. His priority was to ensure that we found the perfect rug that we would love for a lifetime. He shared his knowledge of and enthusiasm for these beautiful rugs and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. As West End Co was the first store we had visited, we decided to compare our intended purchase. We visited every rug shop in Brisbane selling Persian and Afghan carpets and also looked to the internet for inspiration. I can honestly say that of all the stores we visited, West End Co had the most stunning and varied collection of rugs, which were priced to suit all budgets. I can also say that Dan was the only proprietor whom I trusted and felt comfortable dealing with. We returned to West End Co to purchase our lovely Khal Mohammadi hall runner and we also mentioned that we wanted to buy a feature carpet for our lounge room. Again Dan worked with us in establishing our preferences. We were very drawn to a rug which was much too large for our home, but eventually found a rug which we liked. However Dan, encouraged us to wait for his next shipment (6 weeks out) as he knew that he had recently bought several rugs that we would love. We took his advice and returned to view the new shipment. We now have the most beautiful and unique Afghan rug, which we absolutely love. I feel that the rugs we have purchased from West End Co are not only works of art but have a story all of their own. Dan was able to show us photos of his overseas travels where he personally selects each and every rug within his store. He was even able to show us photos of our rug being made and tell us the story of its purchase. Through the service we were extended at West End Co, we have learnt so much about the various types of rugs and the history around them. We have come to have a greater appreciation for these treasures and we are completely secure in the knowledge that the rugs that we purchased from West End Co are genuine and unique. We are now looking to purchase rugs for our bedroom and dining room and will not look beyond West End Co. as our experience has been so positive and the carpets so beautiful. West End Co sourced a 3x4 meter rug for us based on a specific colour palette. We have worked with many vendors on an office fit out and they were by far the best communicators. They were very pro active on concerns and rang the morning of the delivery to ensure everything was smooth. We had previously chatted to other rug companies but West End Co stood out for their commitment and 'can do' attitude.
