WLB helped us with a full renovation of our property. This included a new first floor extensions and some major structural works, as well as some very particular finishes. We wanted to modernise the home while retaining and restoring victorian features. WLB supported us all the way from reworking the design drawings to defining a final scope for the work and taking us through the whole construction. During the build their project manager supported us all the way through difficult decisions and she took on all the hassle of liaising with all sorts of suppliers - we had a regular meeting at least once a week and were able to talk through everything thoroughly. The site manager was there every day making sure that the work was done precisely and their builders are AMAZING - they are artists. I was amazed at how neat everyone was. We are very happy with the final result and feel that WLB worked really hard to make our vision a reality. Everyone working at WLB that we encountered are incredible to work with. It felt like a real collaboration and we would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We Love Build took on a commercial project on very short notice and worked quickly to ensure the project was delivered on time and to a good standard.

We undertook a ~3 month house renovation with We Love Build. Very happy with the work conducted - they really are an all in one team, taking the stress out of renovations. We were quite anxious having heard many stories of overrun costs and time and undertaking the renovation with a toddler and a baby due in September. Antonio and his team were excellent and took a real pride in the work they did; including keeping our house clean and organised. The team were also extremely friendly and helpful, and happy to help with all the requests and changes we had. I'd ditto some of the reviews on their problem-solving approach - unexpected things happened over the course of the project, but they always came with solutions and options. They were also flexible to adjust the schedule of works as needed as we needed to move into the house 2 weeks before project completion as we could not extend our temporary place. Everyone was so friendly that our 2.5 year old regularly asks where they are and has asked for them to come back and play with her! Would highly recommend to any of our friends and family and happy to speak to anyone to vouch for them.

The WLB Team were fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process of our side return extension and ground floor and first floor bathroom remodel. Our intial conversations with Riccardo around our plans were very straightforward and the quote we received at the start was thorough and clear and any additional costs that came up during the build process as they stripped our property out, were explained and justified. They were also very flexible and full of potential solutions when we had to wait on our architect to re-do our drawings when we encountered a very shallow drain in the garden that delayed the process a couple of weeks The WLB team were great througout the actual build, Antonio our site manager was amazing to work with and his knowledge and expertise along with his problem solving ability were hugely appreciated. Whenever we encountered an unforeseen problem, he already had a solution before talking to us. The rest of the team (electrics, pluming and builders) on site were very friendly and helpful, and all were very happy for us to turn up unnaounced and have a look if we were droppiing off and materials. Having been in our house now for 6 months, we've had no major issues at all and are extremely happy with the end product. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend We Love Build to friends and family.

My husband and I are serial renovators, usually quite extensive - we have also built a house. Finding a builder that understands your vision/requirements and is sensible when negotiating budget is incredibly hard; and we have had some very uncomfortable and stressful situations previously. WLB have been our best experience to date by a long way. From start to finish communications were incredibly clear and efficient, they were professional yet friendly in all undertakings. We were almost on budget and only one month late. Given the problems with supply and delivery of materials, we felt this was phenomenal. Our house in London was completely remodelled/renovated internally. All works were well managed and we felt consulted all the way. ALL builds without exception will have things that "crop" up, but these were managed competently and with minimum fuss - we found WLB expert solution finders and importantly experts in keeping everything, including budget, on track. We were assigned a highly professional Project Manager (Thank you Elisa) and were updated weekly. Our experienced Site Manager (Antonio) also ran a tight ship, always in good humour - he always made himself available to us as did all the team. The trade teams themselves worked like Trojans - their attention to detail was exemplary and all of my wishes/design features were expertly executed. This is an impressive outfit. Their combined engineering/architectural experience along side quality trades people is second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We undertook complete renovation of our house which had not been updated since 1975! We went with WLB because of the excellent reviews on houzz and have had a really positive experience. The project took just under 4 months and involved extensive changes including installing a central heating system, full rewiring, new floors, new windows, new doors, new floors, structural alterations, relocating a kitchen and creating a utility room. In other words it was pretty major and complex project! The whole team were great to work with, tidy on site, respectful and welcoming you the client as part of the team. In particular our site manager Antonio is absolutely brilliant. He managed all the technical aspects very competently but also helped keep us smiling when the stress kicked in. Most importantly they have left us with a beautiful home, that works exactly as we need it to for our family!

I worked with 'We Love Build' to transform the ground floor of my Victorian terraced home, building a new extension to the rear and opening up the bulk of the space into one, open plan kitchen/living/dining zone. They offered a fantastic service from start to finish, managing the project effectively and communicating clearly throughout. And most importantly the quality of work was very high, so I'm delighted with the outcome. I'd also call out their problem-solving approach - of course unexpected things happened over the course of the project, but they always came to me with solutions and options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I appointed WLB for a full refurbishment and restoration of my listed home. I was really impressed with the quality of the finish and the skills of their fine workers. The whole project was completely stress free as they were excellent in managing the planning application and all the various contractors involved. The restoration of the original architectural elements and features of the house was impeccable. The design team really went the extra mile by researching and finding the original colour schemes of the house by involving the right specialists to run historic paint analysis. The quality of the works and the end results were outstanding. Finally the design team made a huge difference during the procurement phase, they really cared for the smallest details of the interiors which were beutifully designed and furnished by them. WLB truly are a fantastic company which has offered a complete service to the highest standards. I highly reccomend them.

We recently hired WLB to design and construct a side return extension plus other internal refurbishment works for our London home. The construction team have worked very efficiently and every phase of the project was really well organised by the project manager. The quality of the work was executed to a very high standard. The decoration work was impeccable and extremely precise. We were also really impressed with the attention to detail and all the finishes. WLB also designed our interiors, bespoke joinery and procured our furniture. We were really happy with the design services and creative proposals; our house looks absolutely stunning! We highly reccomend We Love Build.

We have now worked on three building projects with WLB - 3A; the fact we have come back to them time and time again is testament to the quality of their work. Initially we completely rebuilt the ground floor of our house, turning a flat into a playroom and replacing everything including the floors, ceilings etc. They did a fantastic job, a really high standard of work and 3 years on we have had no issues at all with everything they worked on. The second project was a complete redecoration of a 5 story townhouse in Bedford Square - our office. Yet again they did a fantastic job and were able to match a cheaper quote we had been given by not giving their absolute highest standards of finishing - its an office so we don't have the same high standards we have for our home and price was more important on this job. The third and biggest project was a complete overhaul of the top 4 floors of our home in Notting Hill. The project threw a lot of issues up which were all solved calmly and to a very high standard - we have now been living here for 6 months and are thrilled with the result. The quality and the standard of workmanship is impeccable. We have had a few snagging but they have always agreed to come back and sort things out quickly and efficiently until we are completely happy with the job. Overall I would recommend them most heartily. Ricardo and Luca are lovely people and Benny and his team were fantastic, so much expertise and so willing to help. Thank you WLB!

I engaged WLB at the beginning of our project. They came very highly recommended through our design team, with whom they had worked several times previously. The scope of their role was to be lead-contractor & site mange a full house refurb (ex-kitchen), that would include full re-plumbing, new electrics, some structural work, and cosmetic work through. The team were helpful throughout the tender process, coming in with the most competitive quote and engaging constructively throughout the process of deciding what work precisely we could / should do. When we encountered unexpected problems (walls that turned out to be structural that were believed not to be, and alike) the attitude of Ric & team was always constructive - finding ways to problem solve without completely blowing the budget. Their communication and organisation throughout the process was fantastic. Ultimately we were able to achieve a project more or less on time and on budget - a pretty remarkable achievement in the context of what we were attempting. But the real standout was the quality of finish - if you're looking for an immaculate end result, WLB excel: Their attention to detail is second to none. I have a second project in the works, and I very much look forward to working with the team again.

The Three Arches / We Love Build team acted as our architects, general contractor and principal subcontractor on a 6 month whole house renovation and extension project, from planning and design through to completion. They were realistic about time and cost and came in on budget and only a few weeks late despite major supply issues during the Spring 2020 lockdown. They were a pleasure to deal with, professional and work to a very high standard of finish. 6 months after completion, we remain very happy with the quality of their work.

Three arches very successfully undertook a major project for us to build a new kitchen/dining area, a new utility room, open up the back of the house and lay a large new patio area. Throughout the 2 months they worked on this they were excellent. Their team were friendly, very helpful and worked incredibly hard ( early starts/late finishes/Saturday working) and their building standards were fantastic. I worked with the team from Three Arches on my apartment renovation recently. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial meetings, detailed timings plans were received and absolutely stuck to from start to finish. I also used their design team to help source materials which they did brilliantly - all from mood boards of things I liked. The workmanship itself was absolutely first class. This was a complete refit, new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, garden, decorating, plumbing, windows etc, and I have to say, I never had a moments worry as the team just managed everything, on time and on budget. Any extra costs we're agreed upfront so no surprises either. An absolute pleasure to work with this team, highly recommend, and I'd have no hesitation in hiring them for my next project.
