Lets me start by saying, Kevin Weingarten is hands-down an amazing realtor (probably the best, though I haven't worked with all them, so I can't say for certain:)). Now, let me explain why. When I first contacted Kevin about a home that I was interested in buying, he offered to go over and look at the place (as it was an hour from me and not too far from his home). He walked through the place for 45 minutes, on the phone with me, describing the place in detail to see if it was worth me going out to see in person. He is just that dedicated to helping his clients find the right place. Another solid attribute about Kevin is that he is more concerned about finding THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU and his commission comes second. He made that evident on a number of occasions. Finally (since this is getting a bit long-winded as there is a ton of great stuff I could say about him), the best thing about working with Kevin is his response time. Via text, email or phone, he will respond almost immediately (OK usually within 20 minutes... but still that's fast). All that being said, use Kevin! You wont be disappointed unless you don't like great service, honest opinions, and a realtor who will bend over backwards to make sure you are in the home you deserve.

Kevin is wonderful! His motto is "my response time is unparalleled!" And while this is true (he gets back to you faster than anyone) it is only one of his many great qualities. Kevin began helping us immediately once we contacted him thru zillow. Before even meeting us in person he was searching the MLS and sending suggestions. He took us to over 20+ homes before we found the one we wanted. He was never pushy, very patient, honest, knowledgable and a great negotiator. I knew I could trust his advice when it came to location, the property, price and he even has knowledge in construction and renovation! The only thing I wish is that he could have also sold our home for us, but it was in a different state. You can't go wrong with Kevin by your side and we couldn't recommend him more!

When I first came across Kevin's name I was looking for a new real estate agent. The previous agent I was using was not as responsive as I would have liked. I work on the west coast but am looking to buy my first income property for my parents who live on the east coast. Being an out of state investor my time to view listings is limited. I had planned to view properties over thanksgiving break and purchase one over the New Years break. Unfortunately, I spent a good deal of this time waiting to hear back from my previous agent only to find out the property I was interested in was under contract. Rather than call it quits I researched agents and found Kevin. After an initial phone conversation, Kevin re-energized my search efforts. He was able to get next day showings for two new properties I had sent him as well as provide other listings that I might be interested in. When on site, he answered any questions I had as well as asked the questions I was not aware of but were good to know. As a first time buyer, I felt more comfortable and better informed when working with Kevin. In the last three days of my search we looked at a total of five properties and explored many different types of listings. While I decided to be patient and watch the market over the next few months I look forward to working with Kevin in the future to purchase my first property. Kevin, our Real Estate Agent, worked with us for six months in 2015 to find our new home. Since his real estate license was in the state we wished to purchase in and not sell in, Kevin also recommended a great agent for the sale of our home. Kevin was fantastic. He was more knowledgeable than any agent that we have ever worked with. Kevin had great management skills; he was always on time and in constant contact. We never had to worry about him or what he was doing. Since we were looking for a "fixer upper", Kevin's knowledge in construction and project management were invaluable.

Look no further for a realtor. Kevin is professional, EXTREMELY fast in response to questions and very detail oriented. Buying or selling a house with Kevin will be the easiest thing you've ever done.

I previously posted the review below when Kevin helped us purchase the home we currently live in and love. We were so pleased with Kevin that we subsequently engaged him to help us sell our rental property. It was a cash sale, an underwater property, and part of a declining condo association. Our buyer obviously wanted to get the best deal possible, and tried to low ball us even further. Kevin intervened and helped to ensure we didn't lose more on the deal than we needed to or were prepared to. He gave us the same level of service in this deal as he did in our home purchase, even though it wasn't a particularly profitable deal for him. He never made us feel any less important or any less attended to. In fact, I was struggling with the idea of this sale, and Kevin saw and understood that. He didn't pressure us in any direction, and was considerate of my concerns every step of the way. We sold the property and thanks to Kevin the process was pretty painless. I really can't say enough about his service. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and I recommend him to anyone who asks. Previous review.: Kevin is an excellent real estate agent. I initially e-mailed Kevin late one evening inquiring about seeing a property. To my surprise, he contacted me the same night and immediately began working to understand what my husband and I were looking for and how he could assist us. He was always available to us when we needed him, no matter how small our question or concern was. One of the great things about Kevin is that he is not a high pressure salesman. He genuinely wants to make sure that his client is satisfied with the purchase they are making. He showed us multiple houses, and rather than pushing us towards any particular house, he listened to our ideals, goals and preferences, showed us things that fit our vision and ultimately worked hard to get us the home we wanted. We had a particularly difficult seller, but Kevin did all that he could to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that deal went through. He shielded us from the difficult communications while still making sure that we knew where things stood at any given moment. Another thing that is really great about Kevin is how much he knows about construction and home building. We ended up in a new construction home and although we had a home inspection, we already knew almost everything the inspector told us because Kevin had pointed them out and explained them to us while showing us the house. He made no representation of himself as a home inspector and in fact encouraged us to get an inspection. However, his knowledge was proven when the inspector walked us around the home re-iterating much of what he had already said. Aside from his real estate knowledge, Kevin is a just a nice guy and very easy to work with. He is very professional. We never felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to us or to anyone else involved in the transaction. He is very punctual. He was always at our appointments before us, and we were on time. He is courteous, and he really gives his best for his clients. We never had any concerns that he was doing anything but his best for us. We would never hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who asks. If you are thinking about utilizing his services, just go ahead and give him a call. You won't regret it. A grounded and realistic man, Kevin Weingarten is the Philadelphia-area realtor you want, especially if you are moving here from points distant. His skill set is broad-based, including contracting, that makes him a reliable and trustworthy source rewgarding any properties he would show you as well as his knowlegde of southeastern PA in general. More importantly, Kevin is an excellent communicator. In the settlement process, he is comfortable with everyone from attorneys and inspectors, to any financial institution's demands. He has the talent of moving all the matters of a closing along with a momentum that is reassuring. Closings are never a stress-free process; Kevin does his level-best to minimize the difficulties that inevitably arise. I could not recommend a better realtor for a residential purchase in Philadelphia.

Kevin was fantastic. He always responds to any contact right away, is organized, shows up on time, and knows what he's doing. I consider it a bonus that he is not at all the way I picture a typical realtor, personality-wise. Meaning he is not at all like a slick salesman. He's just a regular guy. He has experience in home renovation and maintenance and has a good eye for pointing out potential problems with homes when showing, and he'll point out those problems even though doing so is against his immediate interest of wanting to close a deal. Due to a company moving a job on us, my wife and I will, unfortunately, probably have to move again soon, out of the house Kevin helped us buy. If so, we will absolutely use him as our realtor again.

Kevin respected our time by taking us to listings that matched our specific requirements while meeting our budget. We were looking at houses on our own for approximately a year and a half before running into Kevin while looking at a property. After Kevin became our realtor, we found a home in a little over a month.
