Interiors by Design was established by Kay Harris an experienced interior Designer who trained at KLC in Chelsea and has worked in the interiors trade for over 20 years. My aim is to make interior design more accessible and affordable for everyone. As an experienced interior designer and stylist, I enjoy working on smaller projects as well as more involved design projects where I help to design, decorate, source and refurbish residential properties, although I am also happy to provide advice and interior design schemes on a room by room basis. Using a mix of classic and contemporary design techniques, I am able to create unique and practical interiors to suit our all clients needs. Using CAD to accurately draw and design the space, as well as sourcing unique furniture, lighting and accessories for all design projects for the home. I can offer a professional service, designing each project personally to ensure that the project will be carried out on time and within budget to the clients exacting specification. Design of overall scheme including mood boards to show how colours and fabrics work together and CAD plans showing room layout which gives a sense of balance and proportion to enable you to make the most of the space available. Includes specifying and arranging the purchase of all furniture and fixtures and project management of delivery and installation. Home Consultation An in-depth in-home evaluation in which your taste, ideas, desires and budget are assessed and discussed. After completing design research and planning based upon our initial and in-person meetings, a design board will be produced together with a list of design suggestions and purchasing information, allowing you to acquire items at your own pace as your budget allows. Home Styling Service Offering a makeover service for tired and difficult to sell or let properties to maximise sales or rental income.
