I'm thrilled we found Tim to be the architect of our home renovation in SW London. Straight away, it was apparent he understood our vision for the house and personality-wise we got along well. Tim offered up great ideas and had the planning permissions expertise we were seeking. The project was quickly defined and expectations were clearly set regarding the scope, programme/timeline and fees. I really liked Tim's communication style and responsiveness. He was always available and willing to answer questions and hear my feedback and ideas. He also made the process of obtaining quotations for third party wall matters, building regulations and structural engineering straightforward. Tim is a talented professional and it was a complete pleasure working with him. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to build or renovate a property.

We engaged Tim for the full refurbishment of our new home, which includes an extension on the ground floor, a loft conversion and a full remodelling of the internal layout on all floors. Tim was exceptional in providing a number of options for consideration and worked with us to integrate our ideas as well. He helped us through the complex world of planning, party wall, thames water approvals, etc. all of which was done with an incredible pace and with no delays to the overall schedule. All the above was managed in a very professional, comprehensive and friendly way! I cannot recommend Tim Tasker Architect highly enough!! I can’t rate Tim highly enough! Very professional, listened carefully to my ideas and vision which enabled us to work together to achieve the desired plans. Tims attention to detail along with suggestions ensured nothing was over looked ensuring the plans were comprehensive (the builders were also very impressed). We asked Tim to help us with our ground floor and basement re-modelling and kitchen extension plans. His clear expertise, responsiveness, can-do attitude and enthusiasm really struck us from day 1 and were evident throughout the project. I used Tims services for my cafe. He helped me draw up a plan for some building work and then ran the project. He was the link between the builders and myself. He pointed out lots of areas in my space that could be utilised in a much smarter way. When doing any kind of building project it can be quite daunting and scary. I really Feel that Tims knowledge and approachability took any worry away and the project was a great success. Although we haven't finished our project yet I can safely say that Tim Tasker Architects have more than exceeded our expectations. From initial concept, through planning and build up of drawings and on site implementation Tim and Anthony have driven progress with great rigour.
