This guy is a JOKE!! Charged us $4,200 to install a new furnace and AC unit. He says he is "expert certified" but he doesn't have a license to install HVAC at all!! And the state of GA requires this. He left twice and said he would "be right back, he had to go get a part." HOURS later, he showed up. The worst of everything... the next day, there was water dripping through the ceiling onto the floor of a bedroom!! Completely soaked the carpet, damaged the ceiling and wall, and ruined the insulation. His response was "put some fans on the carpet and I'll paint the ceiling." WHAT?!?! This is a total scam, 100%. I wouldn't be surprised if all these 4 and 5 star ratings are family, friends, and/or himself.

Ms. Leanna, you were service my company is a credible and legit company. The law requires you to have a license or be working with or under a contractor on daily basics. Your equipment was installed up to code. The condensation drainline was bagged up. Once notified about the leak a technician was at the location right away to resolve the issue. Also left insurance paperwork if you wanted an damage adjuster to come out. Your equipment has 10yr warranty if you have any issues. Enjoy your weekend Happy Holidays.
