I most recently had the pleasure of working with wonderful guys at DMI! First off my issue was an Internet stability issue, where we dropped services at various locations in our home (very frustrating). To start we had a home visit with Peter to troubleshoot the problems that we we're having, and to develop a game plan. Peter suggest we do small fixes first before we go all out and spend money unnecessarily, which was very comforting from a customer standpoint. Ultimately we worked our way through the steps that Peter and I decided on and eventually came to the conclusion that we needed to upgrade a few things. The Installer/s (Ryan) came out and were beyond professional! The installation process was seamless and done above and beyond my expectations. The Installers were enjoyable to have in my home as ew laughed a bit while they performed their tasks. From an invoicing process again a very seamless process. The post care calls have been great, as they periodically check-in to see how things are going. Long story short I would highly recommend these guys as they are professional, cost effective and do an amazing job! Actually I have another larger project coming up and they will be the first group that I call! Go one DMI!

Peter has always been there for us. We recently had a problem with the DNS routers competing for IP addresses and Peter was very helpful in coming by the house to resolve the issue in between his current work load. We appreciate Peter and his support after the install.

DMI has been helping me with my audio visual, internet and security system needs for my home for at least the past six years. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. I hired DMI to installlarge motorized shades in new condo. The shades are great, quiet, attractive and functional to keep out light without darkening and harmful UV rays that are not good for floors or furniture. The staff were polite and efficient. They made sure before leasing I was happy with the product and installation.
