MJL Designs was started as a small hobby of mine. I have worked with Kitchen and Bath designs since 1993 at a few local Home Design Centers. Started with a 1 local contractors in designing renovation and within a few yeards jumped right into single family house plans. Plans are designed to your style and are finalized for permit process pending any structural and site engineering that would need to be done by a licensed engineer. Many of the house plans are hand drawn. Usually recommend for clients to allow 2-3 months for plans. A longer lead time will be needed if plans are revised multiple times.
