Lisa and Anthony were an absolute pleasure to work with. very very professional, insightful, organized and punctual. I appreciated Lisa being very receptive to my suggestions, feedback and concerns so we could land on a design I was delighted with. I absolutely love my two closets they have done. After quotes from 10 other companies Bella Systems was the most personable, high quality and professional firm with a very reasonable price tag.

We didn’t know how lucky we are (and you don’t know either) to have stumbled onto this superb team, especially after having been badly let down by the quality of the leading department store’s closet solutions. We found Bella Systems in July 2022, worked with them for almost a year, and have something in every room of our compact 1bd NYC home to show for it. They’ve blessed us with a bathroom shelving cabinet, a hallway storage unit that matches another unit that we already had but better, a living room media console, a bedroom closet and matching shelving nook, and workspace cubbies. The designer, Lisa, is an exceptionally prompt and effective communicator and really takes the pressure off you on having to constantly follow up on your project. She does a great job of understanding your specific space and needs and adapting different solutions. We’ve also changed our minds quite a bit through this process and she’s been super flexible with designs and always (always) got them to us when she said she would. Expectations were always crystal-clearly communicated; this goes for the entire team. The cabinet builders, Anthony and Jimmy, are a real and true joy to be around. Bright and positive, punctual, professional, and really impressive on-the-spot problem solvers, they’ve transformed our space and done it well! Everything seamlessly blends into each other. Neatness and cleanliness goes without saying. Everyone on the team was so genuine in communicating with us all the caveats and considerations of any designs or changes we suggested and it’s really helped assure us that we’re making informed decisions every step of the way. Bottom line is: they’re very reasonably priced and their products are exactly what you expect when you think of good built-in custom cabinetry and closets - it’s a clean, integrated look that meshes with your space. In our case, we wanted modern yet cozy. The quality is excellent, the build is sturdy, you get a warranty for life, and they have a selection of plain colors and wood grain patterns that’s not too extensive but all look really nice on their own or mixed and matched. It’s also nice that you can customize most of the shelf positions/angles and add/remove shelves if you need to. Basically, I can’t recommend Bella Systems enough and I’m convinced they can’t do bad work if they tried.

Hi Lisa, Sorry for the delay in getting back to. I wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your help with EVERYTHING. You were so patient when I worried, you took all my phone calls to tell me everything was going as planned. The closet is beautiful, and I like the color even more than when I picked it out.. The installers were by far the nicest AND neatest, and kept the area so neat and clean. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bella Systems to anyone wanting to beautify and organize their closets. Lisa, Anthony, and the team did a wonderful job! We had 4 closets plus a built out cabinet installed. They are extremely thorough, precise, and think of all the details to make everything attractive and functional. Lisa also does a great job of communicating about the process and updates.

Lisa was amazing to work with! Our laundry closet project was small but complicated. She and her team made sure we got everything we wanted and the design made sense for the space.
