Pretty disappointed with my experience. They promised good prices with one vendor then after several months with no progress, they offered even better price with another vendor. Now it got stuck with no progress. The manager assigned to my case is not returning calls or text. Planning to go with another company. Don’t waste your time, stay away.

I was completely clueless about Solar power and all the options and was this the right decision for my situation. Alex was extremely knowledgeable about all the options and helped me walk through the pros / cons $$ and literally took me by the hand through the process. However, he never made me feel inadequate or uncomfortable and never pressured and was just totally honest about everything with me. I was still on the fence even though all the data showed me I should have done this a long time ago. Sometimes big changes are not easy, I was struggling with this one. Alex gave me the name of other customers who would be willing to talk with me. I called several and all spoke very highly of Alex, but one gentleman really knew what he was talking about when it came to the solar power. He understood the system and starting telling me about the results he was getting. The easy changes he was making in his own personal energy usage that was impacting the bottom line even more. I began to get more excited again and that was it. I had the panels installed and I have been very happy with the entire program. If it wasn't for Alex's patience and understanding the system would never have been installed.

Lincoln at EnergyPal helped me get solar panels headache free. He was a big help with everything and was on top of the entire process with me. He made sure I was able to track everything by myself and if any problems arose he was a text or call away with reasonable timing. Alex with EnergyPal Solar provided all the information I needed to confirm that going solar made sense, and especially the appropriate maker of panels to install that would work best for my house. He really made everything easy. The site inspection/measurements by drone was very efficient and cool use of technology.

They were very helpful and thorough in describing the technology and the process. There were no high pressure sales techniques and they were more interested in being sure we got all our questions answered and had all the information needed to make an informed decision.

We had a great experience using EnergyPal! They did a thorough analysis of our building in order to understand the optimal placement of the solar panels, then gave us several pricing options, outlining the pros/cons of each. Once we decided on the solar provider, they then helped us work out the logistics in order to get the job completed. In the end we're super happy with our solar panels, and feel we had all the information from EnergyPal to make the best decision.
