Ken and his team have completed several projects for us including restoring masonry window sills, replacing a screened porch enclosure, painting a house and garage, replacing incandescent ceiling can lights with LED's, replacing exterior light fixtures, and updating plumbing fixtures, a shower door, and countertops in several bathrooms. He and his team are knowledgeable, honest, fair, and trustworthy. Projects were completed on time and within budget. He has established relationships with gulf coast suppliers making it easy to go to showrooms to view plumbing fixtures, tile, countertop, and lighting options. My husband and I are particular about the quality of workmanship; Ken and his team have delivered every time!

We bought a 3 bedroom condominium in that was built in 1980 and basically had not been touched since then. I was introduced to Ken Siders (CMA Builders). The condo needed to be completely remodeled. Ken carefully prepared a bid with some suggestions he felt were needed. He said it would take 3 months to complete the job. Not only did CMA do an excellent job, but it was on budget, and completed in 3 months. Immediately 2 other owners in our building hired CMA to do work for them. They have told me they are very pleased with the work CMA did for them.
