Outstanding Outcome Painting

We hired Matthew Wildes, Outstanding Outcome Painting, to stain and paint the exterior of our home. After receiving our written estimate and paying our deposit, we were told he would get back to us by the end of that week with a solid start date. He never confirmed when he would begin work and instead showed up at our house when we were not home, moved our personal property that was near the house, removed all the window screens and texted us after he was done to let us know that he had power washed. When we arrived home that day we discovered damage to our gardens, trash left in the yard, water on the inside of all our windowsills and a subpar pressure washing job. When we reached out to Matt about our concerns multiple times via text and phone calls, his communication was very limited, and he did not address most of concerns. He failed to take ownership of the damages and lack of respect to our property. His communication and dedication to our project continued to decline. He promised to drop off color ideas multiple times saying he would come a specific day and then he would not show up. He also began pushing our project out saying he was running behind or had something come up. After a few weeks of trying to communicate with him, we let him know we no longer wanted to move forward, and he has become unresponsive. Very unprofessional and unreliable, extremely glad we did not continue this project with him!

Matthew and his crew were extremely friendly and paid close attention to detail. Matthew worked with me from start to finish and kept the line of communication open at all times. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. My house looks beautiful and I'm extremely happy with the outcome . Thank you Matthew, you went above and beyond to make my family home look magnificent.
