We just completed a full rebuild and rennovation of an existing house, and addition of an ADU with Mike. The process was smooth and we are thrilled with the result. Mike has an oustanding team of sub-contractors that were all top-notch. His calm, organized and easy going approach meant we were on schedule and on budget. After living in this house for over a decade, it finally feels likes like my home. The quality of workmanship is amazing, and the whole house is stunning. The additional space and storage has finally given us the room to live. I really appreciated to level of communication, and I always felt that I was in the loop and Mike was available when I reached out. I feel very fortunate to have used Mike New of Elevation 92 as my contractor for my kitchen remodel. After I bought my patio home in 2020, I contacted several contractors but none worked out for different reasons. From our first meeting and throughout the project which also included knocking out walls, new flooring, painting and interior door replacement, Mike gave me a sense of security and helped ease my concerns. My wife and I were brand new to the world of remodels. It took us 6 years to finally break ground and we were very diligent in our process to interview GC's. After all the terrible stories we heard about GC's, we definitely went into this project guarded, to say the least. With that said, not only did Mike help guide us from initial planning and through the entire process, he communicated exceptionally and was transparent about pricing. Most important Mike and his crew provided quality work and our project ended a month earlier than anticipated. Needless to say, we are more than pleased with how everything went and will be working with Mike again.

Every aspect of my project (fully remodeling a condo, including kitchen, 2.5 baths, floors, etc.) was handled professionally, on budget and expeditiously. Project came in exactly on time, and even better than I hoped. Communication and follow-up was excellent, and all staff skilled, courteous and on time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a master bath and bedroom remodel done by Elevation 92. Mike did exactly what he said he would do. He told us in advance what would be happening the next day with the various subs. All of his subs did a great job. There was unexpected plumbing damage under the house which he fixed before proceeding. Work was completed about 1 month ahead of schedule. He was there for the inspections and hands on when needed. He was quick to respond to any questions or changes we had during the remodel. We can enthusiastically recommend Elevation 92.

It was a great pleasure working with Mike and his team on our two bathroom remodels. The job was completed within the given time and cost parameters. Mike New -Elevation 92- made the whole remodeling process a joy! We did a major remodel of our home—entirely new kitchen and 3 bathrooms, new flooring, moved a few walls among many other things—and it all turned out beautifully. Mike is very organized with excellent communication skills and a great eye for design. He started and finished the project on time and on budget. The jobsite was kept clean and organized, and several of our neighbors commented on how polite and thoughtful they were throughout the process. Mike News-Elevation 92 review Mike News-Elevation 92- is an outstanding contractor! We were fortunate to find him! He is an excellent communicator and made sure that he understood all of our requirements, wants and desires. He also contacted us at least daily with the plans for the day and beyond. His group of subcontractors—plumber, electrician, tiler, painter, etc.- are first rate! Two key points: while our primary remodel was a master bathroom, he was able to easily add a few extra minor home fixes that are typically hard to get contractors to do; and he quickly and expertly addressed the few problems we ran into. As you can see from the photos, the end product is beautiful!

Michael has been working on remodeling my house at Encinitas for the past nine months! He and his group has done a wonderful and timely job! The remodeled house is a short term rental property and got an rave review on the bath rooms, living room and kitchen! He has done it all meticulously!

Mike is an excellent contractor and very easy to work with.
