I worked with Talan on some structural changes we needed made to our house to open up the space and they were able to help advise, help draw some sketches that I needed so I could get permits. Then when the day came, they came and got the wall knocked out and ceiling joists reframed in one long 10 hr day. It turned out great. We love the new open look!

We hired Talan to renovate our garage into a mother in law quarters. He expanded the garage and also created a ramp to its own front door. He is super nice and awesome to work with, was good with any changes we needed to make.

We are very pleased with our choice to hire (Talan Warden Construction) for our new addition to our home. They kept us informed of the progress through out the construction process. The quality of work is very outstanding, communication with us was very very good. Some aspects of the their work and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. They give us some insight to a couple things that was helpful in making the project much better fit in what we were trying to accomplish. Keep work site organized and the cleanup was to our liking. I would very much recommend (Talan Warden Construction) for your construction needs.

Talan did such a great job with our remodel, that we have now recommended him out to other friends for their projects. They have been over the top pleased with him and his team too. Talan is who you want to use for your big home renovation project. Hands down. He works with integrity, communicates phenomenally, and is there working at the job site. Not one of those general contractors that does the bid and visits occasionally while his crew does the work. Plus, Talan is very skilled at details and finish work.

I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations.
