Brian the manager was very punctual, honest, and helpful. David was always available through text for all my questions and concerns throughout the process. He worked closely with me when dealing with our insurance and gave me an excellent price for the job. It cost us about 13k for our 700sqft basement. His team did everything from installing all new insulation and drywall, light fixtures and outlets and much more. I am very happy with the work they did and would hire them again for future projects. I also want to note that one month after the renovations were completed I noticed some light fixtures that started to not work properly and a pocket door that was not cooperating. David sent his guys out the very next day and took care of the issues immediately and quickly. Excited to start enjoying our basement again all thanks to David and his team!

Roy was able to incorporate older original details of our existing home and transform it to the style we requested. Clever Design and Remodeling enlarged our space by adding an additional bathroom, laundry room, and enlarging the kitchen. Roy’s team was extremely patient with our requests and made countless revisions. It really speaks volumes when a company is transparent, communicates and attentive to their customers. I’m so thankful to have found the guys at pro construction builders. I needed my bathroom remodeled which was a small project but they kindly agreed to take it on and I couldn't be happier with the result. David, our main point of contact has been helping us for about three months with all sorts of details anywhere from showers, tubs and sinks, to looking at options for faucets and knobs. He kept us and our project on track and updated throughout and always made himself available to address our questions or concerns. His assistance meant a lot to us and every aspect of the extensive project was performed with care and thoroughness. Many of his selections we ended up using and were amazing. Even if it meant taking a little extra time to get it right they wanted us to get what we wanted. The whole PCB team and David were a pleasure to work with.

We did a dual bathroom remodel after postponing it for years. We knew it would be a challenge since the original design, plumbing and bathroom appliances were over 40 years old. We got several quotes and decided to have Pro Construction Builders do the job. Their estimate was fair but the overall deciding factor was that Brian’s hard work and dedication made all the difference to us. He installed a backsplash of subway tile for us along the length of the countertop that came out great. So much better than the old formica countertop that had been there for years, and the vintage looking subway tile that Brian recommended was a great match for a craftsman home. Along the way he give us some suggestions about room layout and I am so glad he did because we love how it came out! Brian took care of everything and gave daily updates of everything done. I would recommend him to anyone.

Pro Construction Builders did our bathroom remodel about 4 months ago and we had a great experience with them then so we decided to have them do our master bathroom. We're very happy again! This was a complete gut job where they replaced everything, did a complete demo and put it all back together including the old electrical wiring, floors, and sink above the window. (They had a ton to fix). These all may seem simple but there were some complexities to adding the wiring and ensuring that my old vanity was reinstalled without damaging the existing backsplash. As I added other details to the job such as painting Brian coordinated everything and accepted my changes within the designs. 2.5 weeks later we have a beautiful master bathroom with custom tile and glass! I appreciated their patience and Brian’s advice through the process as he made choices far less daunting.

It was a complicated and intricate task gaining every inch of space we could to expand our master bedroom & bathroom. Pro Construction Builders tore the master bath down to the studs and helped reorganize the layout. Hats off to his crew especially. Every new crazy idea I came up with David would consider, and often had a better idea. Knowing we were having a new vanity installed with inches to spare between the tub area, he rearranged his schedule to do the demo in 1/2 day the following week. Any time I made a request for extra items or revisions they were happy to accommodate and make sure that everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Also a giant shout out to Pro Construction Builders for walking us through the process and helping with everything from the design of the bedroom, to finding the right fixtures and finishes that would look great together to making sure the crew knew exactly what to do.
