When we first met Aria, we were impressed by his knowledge of the neighborhood and other properties around us. He was also very knowledgeable about real estate law and real estate market trends. He had a great team to facilitate the process as well as connections with various professionals that helped us navigate through the transaction smoothly from start to finish. We can't recommend him enough. If you're looking for an agent who is honest and has your best interests at heart, go with Aria!

Aria has worked in real estate for years, so he knows exactly what he's doing with every listing. He makes sure to explain everything completely so his clients can make an informed decision about their property. This includes descriptions of how the realty business works, including real estate law and market trends. When viewing properties for sale, Aria will take the time to answer any questions that you might have, even if they are unrelated to the listings themselves. He tries to provide as much information as possible in order to help you make your investment decisions. If you do not understand something or have questions, Aria is always available to answer them.

We couldn't be happier that Aria helped my wife and me purchase our first house! We were referred to Aria by good friends of ours who know him well. Working with Aria was like working with an old friend, because he made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Aria is very knowledgeable and professional; it felt like having a lawyer or agent on our side all the time. He educated and guided us through every step of the way, especially since it was our first time buying a house. He always answered any questions we had at any time, day or night! I just knew that if I asked him something at 6AM, would answer back immediately - all of his answers were very helpful and wise. Aria is truly an experienced owner and renovator, which couldn't have been more valuable when we found a house that we fell in love with! He has continued to support and advise us after we closed. I would absolutely recommend Aria as your realtor - he's great!!!

I had just moved into the area and needed help finding the perfect home within my budget. After checking out some online listings, I thought I would be stuck renting until I could afford something better. But Aria made it happen! He knew so much about real estate market prices so he could ensure that I wouldn't overpay. His responsiveness is remarkable; he literally got back to me within minutes of contacting him via email or phone! Being an attentive listener, he understood what kind of place I wanted to live in (and confirmed that's what I should pay). And sure enough, after one day of searching, he found a great place for me. I couldn't be happier with my new home. If you need a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent to help you find a home or want to sell your current place, Aria is the one!

When you are thinking of buying or selling, look no further than Aria. He is extremely professional yet still can make things lighthearted when necessary. He is not afraid to answer any question you might have about a purchase or the market in general - whether it's legal, logistical, financial, technical, or otherwise he is a wealth of knowledge that helps makes your experience stress-free and pleasant. Additionally, he has a good understanding of the housing market in Bay Area so whether you're looking on the high end or in a more affordable bracket, he can put you in the right place. Aria is always going above and beyond for his clients. He has helped me stay on top of any questions about my purchase and was available to walk me through everything I needed to know from the loan process to when I should sign closing documents. He responds quickly and thoroughly - even if it's at 10 pm. He will tirelessly work on your behalf to get any deal done and makes it as stress-free as possible. Thank you so much, Aria! We couldn't be happier in our new home :)

Aria is an awesome real estate agent and he will be a real pleasure to work with. He knows the market well and understands what it takes to get you into your dream home. The process of buying a house can be quite daunting, especially if this is your first time. However, Aria's knowledge about the whole transaction was very reassuring and made me feel like I was in good hands all throughout the process (I can't stress out how important this feeling is). He will take his time explaining all legal documents that you need to sign and what each clause in there means for you as a buyer. I would highly recommend Aria to anyone who is thinking about buying a house in Bay Area

I have lived in Bay Area for over two decades and have worked with many different real estate agents. Without a doubt, Aria is the best I've ever encountered. He knows the market extremely well, his analysis of homes we toured was spot on, he knows the neighborhood well, and was an excellent negotiator when it came to getting me into my house! Aria was very responsive before looking at homes (he would *literally* respond immediately to every inquiry) and available when you need him by phone or email regarding any questions or concerns through closing. He has great relationships with home inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc., which makes everything go more smoothly. I would recommend Aria without hesitation

As a first-time buyer, I couldn't feel luckier that my good friends referred me to Aria. He educated and guided my wife and me through the entire process. He was always there to answer any questions that we had, at any time, and would always give us his complete insight as an experienced owner and renovator, which couldn't have been more valuable when we found a house that we fell in love with. In addition, he has continued to support and advise us after we closed and are renovating the house and has offered to help us figure out the mechanics of becoming a first-time landlord.

Selling your house can be overwhelming because there's so much to evaluate - price point, neighborhood amenities, finance logistics, multiple offers...the list goes on! After years of experience helping people navigate this overwhelming process, Aria finally made things a little easier by launching his own real estate company. He provides personal service, attention to detail and a lot of hand-holding. Aria is an agent you can rely on when buying or selling your home. He will work hard to get you best results.
