Natural State are great professionals and know their product well. I was happy with the overall experience getting a number of picture windows replaced. They were flexible on the project timeline allowing us to make a repair to the frame of a window over the weekend, and arrived first thing the following Monday to beat the rain. In addition to the quality of care brought to the project from Jamie and Cole, it was cool to hear Cole mentoring his employees teaching them how to do the job right.

Great communication between scheduling estimates and appointments, and far cheaper than other glass places. Other glass company was going to charge me an extra $700 to build scaffolding just to reach this window. Heck no! Natural State Glass came by and brought a decent ladder with stabilizer arms and replaced it like it was no big deal. No scaffolding required. They also realized that the surrounding windows had tinting on them, and made sure to order the right gray glass to match the others. Now my new window is up and looks like it was there all along. Would definitely use them again!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I probably called 10 different window glass repair companies before finding Natural State. Everyone was 4-6 weeks out from being able to help and was several hundred dollar estimates for the work. From the time I called Natural State to the time my window was repaired was 3 DAYS, not weeks but days!!! Affordable, friendly, and fast!!! Talked to several different glass companies and they had the best customer service. Techs were helpful and easy to talk to. Called after install with questions/concerns, they answered them all and repeatedly said they’d come back if there were any issues or anything we just didn’t like. Pleased with the work, timeliness and price. Highly recommend.
