I have purchased furniture from this Ethan Allen store on 2 occasions. The selection and quality of the furniture is first class. Most importantly is the service and guidance you receive. I worked with interior designer Christine on each occasion. Christine came out to my house to see the physical lay out of my house to aid her in focusing on the not only the style to fit my tastes but also the appropriate size of the furniture for my rooms. Also she suggested the individual chairs and sofa to fit my own physical statute. All around a very satisfying result and I would highly recommend this store.

Very professional and knowledgeable designers. Jared Roth is a very accomaditing store manager. A repair was done promptly and satisfactorily. Furniture is well made and comfortable. Beautiful fabrics and decor.

I've shopped at EA for years and I've always had a great experience. The designers are true professionals and care about my projects. The showroom is the most beautiful furniture showroom in all of Rochester and so inspirational for decorating ideas. I highly recommend EA at Eastview Mall for top quality and excellent service.

My wife and I had such a great experience shopping for furniture at Ethan Allen in Rochester NY. After months of searching at local furniture stores, we were blown away with the selection, design and service that we got at Ethan Allen. They had everything that we wanted under one roof. Once we got there, we were connected with a designer who listened to what we were looking for and made great recommendations that we went with. We now get so many compliments from friends who come to our house. We would strongly recommend Ethan Allen in Rochester NY to all of our friends and family.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Ethan Allen of Rochester. Chris was very warm and welcomin from the moment we walked in. She devoted quite a bit of time to our visit, helping us to plan every detail of our furniture and placement in our home. Jared went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He was very accommodating, and even arranged dinner for us while we continued working, as we hadn’t eaten all day! I can say hands down that I have never experienced customer service like this, and I most certainly will be returning for future purchases. Would highly recommend; it was more than worth the 2.5 hour drive!
