Tim, Ben and Kieran did an excellent job on the external cladding for our old 80's dormer conversation. The neighbours have all commented on how good it looks now. The team also did a fantastic job of renovating the inside of the top floors of the house as well as further work throughout the house. Their attention to detail has been fantastic and we completely trusted them in the advice that we they gave along the way. I would 100% recommend Creative Design and Build to anyone considering similar work.

Ben is a great builder. His workmanship and that of his team was second to none, despite our very high standards. Of course, there were unexpected problems with the build - there always is - but Ben handled them professionally, giving us the reassurance that we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend the team to other customers.

We worked closely with the team on a rebuild of 4 flats, they were very helpful and overcame all of the problems that we encountered during the project. The fit and finish of the completed flats was great and the aftercare service - sorting out the additional snags has been great Highly rate this team

Delighted with our renovation. Thanks to Creative our house has been transformed into the home we always hoped it could be. The team provided a highly professional service and outstanding finish at each stage of the project. They brought their years of experience to every aspect of the process, with new ideas to enhance our architect's plans as well as practical solutions to any challenges. In addition to being a highly skilled team they were also a pleasure to have in our home. They were meticulously tidy and went above and beyond to make our house as hospitable as possible at every stage stage of the process, which made a huge difference especially having young children. We couldn’t recommend Creative.

Our Roof leaked after heavy rain, Ben from Creative Design and Build was able to come out and identify the problem and suggest a pragmatic solution, the work was done to a high standard, quickly and with communication throughout, I would recommend Ben and his team highly.

The team at Creative took on our, it was a large 2 storey extension and a complete gut, reconfiguration, and remodel inside including full new roof. They stepped up to the challenge when we told them we needed the house liveable sharpish as our moving date had dramatically come forward and they got us in. Now finished the house is fantastic and the team were always on hand to help and to share their experience on things they thought could be better designed or function better. They have also been great and coming back to sort snagging and anything that wasn’t quite right. Sean O
