Mr Schiffler and his son installed my HVAC system 2 years ago, and have maintained it since. I have an AHS (American Home Shield) warranty. AHS did not want to replace my 30 year old(I inherited it when bought my condo). Mr. Schiffler and his son went out of their way to obtain the pictures I needed to get my refund back from AHS. On top of that, it was the hottest day of the year (around 100 degrees) when my system stopped working. They were able to send other workers to scheduled jobs, and instal my system 3 days later! And, they did not charge emergency or overtime rates. They had to change the wall opening for my unit to the outside. I live in a concrete building. They were able to make needed changes as part of my cost. Artic Air wanted an extra $4,000 just for the concrete work. And Artic Air is who had my maintenance contract with prior to the breakdown. They were the reason AHS said my system just needed repaired! Kept putting on their check ups all fine when the coils were so damaged by corrosion you could not identify them!

Jim was awesome. He was very quick to respond when i needed a new HVAC unit installed and the pricing was fair. I later had issues with a fan within the unit and he came out immediately to fix the issues and everything was under warranty and didn't cost me a dime! Very professional and quick to serve.
