Ansonby is a partnership between one of London’s leading prime residential contractors and a commercial interiors specialist that is trusted by some of the world’s leading brands. We have the experience to seamlessly manage projects to tight schedules and tight budgets whilst also producing high-quality craftsmanship. Our list of international suppliers in stone, marble, wood, metal, glass etc… allows us to undertake unique and bespoke refurbishments for discerning clients. Ansonby is uniquely able to draw on the experience of providing the best interior finishes at flagship stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, Cortes Ingles (Madrid) & La Rinascente (Milan) as well as for designers such as Christian Louboutin, Armani, Marc Jacobs. We draw on this knowledge and utilise it in prime residential projects in Marylebone, Mayfair and Belgravia. Each project is personally managed by one of the directors of the company whose first task is to fully understand the client and the brief.

We had a great experience using Pillar Contractors to refurbish our house. I wanted a company that was used to working with listed buildings and was able to provide high end joinery. They fit the bill and were very easy to work with.

I hired this company to do a complete refurbishment of my property. The work has been excellent I have not been disappointed in the finished result at all. I am out of the country a lot and had to rely on them from the start of the project to the end of the project. From the introduction of a very good architect to liaising with all the relevant authorities getting planning consent, to installing and purchasing on my behalf all the fittings for the kitchen and bathrooms I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor to do my work. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Pillar Contractors who gutted and completely refurbished my apartment. The whole process was seamless and efficient. They oversaw a reorganisation of the design, which resulted in a much better use of the space to suit my needs. I am happy with the result with respect to quality, layout, budget and time.

As an architect, I would highly recommend Pillar Contractors. Having worked with them on a number of projects, they are an immensely skilled team who take great care and consideration with the consultants and clients they work for, it is always a pleasure to form part of their team. The quality of their work combined with their attention to detail and collaborative approach with the building team is second to none. I would highly recommend them for any renovation or new build project you are considering for your home.

I would not hesitate to recommend Pillar Contractors to anyone considering a full refurbishment. They were very professional, handling everything from initial design concept through to project management and construction. I was delighted with the superb finish and attention to detail with the whole project being handled whilst I was out of town.

I had a complete rebuild and refurbishment of one of my flats. All the workmanship was done to a very high level. There were a few unexpected problems but Pierre and his team were flexible and worked out solutions to keep the project on track. I would definitely hire them again."
