Not only did Aurea Construction do a fantastic job on our home remodel a few years ago, but they quickly put our commercial building back together after a flood recently. I have recommended Aurea Construction to several friends and all of them have thanked me for the recommendation. Victor is a great communicator and the work gets done just as he says. You never are left wondering what is happening next or how much it will cost.

My husband and I were referred to Aurea Construction/Victor Yepiskopoyan by our kitchen designer. We were tremendously impressed by Victor from the outset. Victor was professional, responsible, knowledgeable, personable and dedicated. We would highly recommend this company. For a more thorough description, we had purchased a house a few years ago with the intention of relocating in the future. When we purchased the house we knew that prior to moving in we wanted to remodel the kitchen as it was small and outdated. We initiated the remodeling process by working with a designer who in turn referred us to Aurea Construction. We met with Victor and liked him immediately and were impressed with not only his knowledge but his demeanor. We hired Victor to over see this project. The kitchen remodel was extensive, basically gutting the existing kitchen. While the designer had provided a great design, once that was completed we worked almost exclusively with Victor. Victor was sensitive to the fact that we had a design and was able to navigate his ideas into the plan without issue. Our move to this house was accelerated and suddenly we needed to have this project completed. The cabinet maker got behind schedule which created an issue with the timeline. Fortunately, Victor was always able to maneuver between various jobs and treated us like we were always the priority, even when it was not easy or convenient for him, Victor was always available to us and communicated honestly and professionally. He had to bring in electricians ,installers, plumbers and fabricators and we were equally impressed with the quality of work no matter who Victor sent to handle these various jobs. Ultimately this project was completed and we are completely satisfied with how this turned out.in The end result exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Aurea Construction. Victor does exemplary work, is extremely easy to work with and tremendously dedicated. He cared as much about the outcome of this job as we did.

I have used Aurea Construction on house projects big and small, and each time they have come through with excellent results! From redoing our house flooring to an entire backyard remodel and new office build, I couldn't be happier and grateful that I found Victor and his wonderful team to walk us through each project. Each crew member was consistently professional, clean, and detail-oriented, and time and again they went above and beyond to make sure the work they did was of the highest quality. Victor was always available to go over details, communicated budgets clearly, and offered creative ideas that I never would have thought of myself. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future projects, and can't recommend them enough!

Victor of Aurea Construction has done impeccable work on our home which is ongoing. He was recommended by Hilary Bhinder, our designer (see my five star review on Hilary). The first phase of our relationship began in 2019 when he bailed us out when the first contractor did not complete our new home remodel correctly. At that time, Victor's team finished our hardwood floors, removed and replaced tub and finished tile, put in door stops, painting, & brought in his cleaning team. Victor and his team are now: fixing pool leak and the concrete deck that collapsed from erosion which is a much bigger job than we anticipated because of the leak, painting the concrete, enlarging the concrete driveway, putting up a beautiful brick wall between our neighbors, applying smooth stucco to our home, preparing our lawn for landscaping (this involved a backhoe for large roots, etc...a big job), re-plastered master bedroom ceiling to make it smooth, and same in bathroom, putting up some lights and shoring up a storage area in our garage. The best thing about working with Victor is that he takes personal responsibility for the work. He oversees and owns it. He has high integrity, and hires the best who share his work ethic. Also, we have gotten to know him and he is just a great human being. We highly recommend Aurea Construction and Victor.

For months, we are in search of a one stop shop for our house renovations. We even interviewed, and asked around from friends/family about plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, tiles.... you name it. It is almost impossible to coordinate, communicate and organize what Aurea construction group was able to do for us. You will have to quit your job to finish this job. With Aurea, you get to speak to 1 person, Victor, tell them what you want/need, show them pictures and somehow miraculously it comes out exactly what you asked them for. There is another great on site manager that is present every single day on the project. My wife and I created a group text and the 4 of us communicated via texting most of the time even and the house is a must see now. They are very professional, punctual, and detail oriented group of folks.

I can't say enough about Victor and his team at Aurea Construction. Victor is polite, respectful, diligent, efficient, friendly and HONEST! His team members are all respectful and polite and extremely professional! Thank you Aurea for making our remodel painless and beautiful!

This is my second project with Victor and I cannot say enough nice things about him and his crew. Impeccable finish level. Fair pricing. Integrity. Amazing teamwork. I wish this could be said of every contractor I encounter...but most do not even come close. I look forward to working with Aurea Construction on many projects in the future!

We used Victor’s team for a complete gut renovation and are very happy with the end result — we truly love our new home. It feels like a sanctuary, and we get so many compliments. Victor executed the project at a high level and was extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout construction. He also had many clever design ideas, and his in-house crew was tireless and friendly. Would recommend Aurea without hesitation.

Very professional contractor and very honest. Completed the work as promised and within the time and estimate he provided. He also worked on getting issues figured out as they happened. In the beginning, he did state that certain finishes would be problematic and recommended going with other recommendations, which turned out to be an even better choice. Total amount of work completed was over a hundred thousand dollars but worth every penny. I have referred this contractor to multiple parties and they are all satisfied and grateful.
