I originally moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area in 1985, after completing school in Michigan. Since then, I have over 20 years’ experience in luxury interior renovations and custom home building all over the Sarasota area including Longboat Key, Manasota Key, Siesta Key, and many mainland homes. In 2008, during the Florida housing crash, I moved to Alaska. I worked in the oil field industry 200 miles inside the Arctic Circle, commonly known as Prudhoe Bay. While this was a great experience and memorable season in my life, in 2013, I returned to the residential real estate market as a full-time Realtor in Anchorage, Alaska. It was at that time that I met my beautiful and very charming wife, Kimie. She and I moved to Sarasota in December of 2018 and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate because of their impeccable reputation. It became obvious right away to us that most buyers in today’s market seem to find something that they would like to improve to suit their tastes, whether that is as simple as a Master Bathroom remodel to a comprehensive interior renovation or tear down and rebuild the custom home of their dreams. This is what lead me to re-instate my Building Contractor license with the State of Florida. We now offer our clients a no nonsense and transparent Cost-Plus solution to their luxury remodeling and custom home building needs.
