We'd been wanting to give our living room and bathroom an update for ages, but never got further than looking at colours / decor ideas, as choice etc just too overwhelming. My friend was singing Gemma's praises for having transformed her hallway and kitchen, so I got in touch and the rest was easy! Gemma's a lovely, friendly but very professional lady, who clearly knows her stuff. From the first meeting over a cup of tea at our house, she understood our style and what we wanted to achieve. Starting with the living room, Gemma came up with ideas we'd never have thought of ourselves, and the space now works so much better for our family. As well as the overall space and colour, I love all the stylish, little details Gemma introduced - inexpensive but makes all the difference. We were really stuck with our bathroom that's not only small but awkwardly shaped, and still sporting the 80s peach plastic corner bath we inherited from the old owners. Gemma managed to make every bit of the space work, again coming up with solutions that we'd never considered. Not only did Gemma redesign the room and help us choose everything from a bath to fit in the tiny space to the beautiful tiles, but she sourced everything for us, too, and all at a reasonable price (everything looks far more expensive than it is). We're so happy that we had Gemma to help us - she took all the stress out of everything, and helped us achieve a look that's both practical and gorgeous.

I had a very drab plain bedroom and ensuite , but now thanks to Gemma it has pattern and colour and we absolutely love it - its a complete transformation and one I would never have dreamt of ! We were at the start of a large side return kitchen extension when I got in touch with Alpine Rose Interiors Ltd for help. I was feeling overwhelmed by the size of the new room and all of the options available to me for the kitchen, utility and living area. Gemma helped calm me down and break the space down into workable sections. She suggested different colour palettes and patterns and definitely guided me to new ideas, which I loved. I thought I wanted a dark blue kitchen because that’s what I was seeing everywhere and it felt safe, but Gemma introduced the idea of different shades of green and how the space could work with the colours of our garden. She gave me the confidence to go for something different and I am thrilled I did. She introduced us to F&L kitchens, who were amazing to work with, greatly helped by the very good working relationship Gemma has with them. Bringing Gemma onboard during the build meant she had a positive impact on decisions regarding everything from the windows & doors, kitchen design, island size and then all the decoration after the build. She provided lots of samples and mood boards and sourced good value tiles, furniture and handles. I can definitely recommend Gemma, it was brilliant working with her, and sure I will again on our next project!
