Benchmark Builders Ltd. carried out a kitchen/diner/utility renovation and build of a large patio for me last summer. From start to Finish Richard was amazing!! We met several times before work started to discussed various options for the build, until together we landed on a design and build that was perfect for what I was looking for and within my budget. Richard provided/recommended kitchen designers/suppliers/plumbers/electricians etc. So the whole project was managed, coordinated and invoiced through Benchmark, making the whole journey as seemless as possible. I was kept informed throughout and the whole Benchmark crew were dedicated and professional the whole time they were on site. The result of the work done is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out! At the end of the project, the after care was great, and if I discovered any snags that needed fixing, they were resolved without challenge and in a timely manner. If you are looking to have quality work done, with a reliable, trusted and friendly firm then I highly recommend Benchmark Builders Ltd.

Having Richard and his team on site to complete my 3 bed house into a 7 bed hmo couldn’t have gone better the communication from start to finish was excellent and the knowledge from Richard was invaluable with all the regulations needed to get the job signed off. The whole team helped keep the job and on time and on budget even the neighbours commented how respectful they are, no hesitation on using the benchmark team again.

Benchmark Builders Ltd undertook the job of converting our 3 bed house into a 6 bed, 3 level property. From the very start, all time scales stated, costs and communication were beyond excellent. A very professional firm. I have had previous properties on which building works were undertaken but by far, the work carried out by Benchmark Builders Ltd was the biggest and most advantageous. It was completed to a level of quality that exceeded both mine and my partners expectations. We cannot thank Benchmark Builders Ltd enough for such a smooth and hassle free service. Highly recommended. Thanks to Ricky, Reg and the whole team. P.s. We have a family with 4 young children and when the internal works were undertaken, every effort was made by Benchmark Builders Ltd to ensure that the home was left as a home at the end of each day. All team members cleaned and tidied the work areas. Tools were removed and safety barriers erected. Thank you again.

Benchmark Builders Bristol have recently built our kitchen/diner extension and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The project was completed within the timescales set and the work was carried out to a high standard. Richard and his team are friendly, courteous and professional and worked very hard to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the build. We also had our kitchen fitted by Benchmark, the fitter did an excellent job and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. The invoicing system that Richard has in place is very efficient and the invoices are fully itemised and transparent. Would highly recommend!

We employed Benchmark for our kitchen extension during the Spring of 2020. Of the local builders we invited to tender they delivered the most detailed costing and throughout the project each stage was promptly invoiced and settled. The work was carried out before and during the early lockdown period of 2020 and despite difficulties imposed by restrictions they did their best to minimize disruption to our daily routine - at all stages dust and dirt were kept to a minimum. When difficulties arose with one supplier of windows they used their ingenuity and skills to adapt the design; ensuring the finished job complied with our plans and building regulations. They willingly carried out extra jobs in the garden and fencing and all work was completed to the highest professional standard. Always friendly, cheerful and chatty, with an insatiable appetite for tea and cake, we recommend this great team for any small building projects such as ours.
