Diamond Power Washers

We scoured the Internet for a power washing company that could clean our shingled roof without causing damage to the shingles, or harm our plants with harsh chemicals/bleach. We contacted Diamond Power Washers and were pleasantly surprised with their quick response. Although our house didn't need to be power washed, our roof had stains and mold from weather and overgrown trees. Their prices were reasonable, and Solomon took the time to explain their methods for treating mold/stains. They didn't attempt to squeak-out more work by "cleaning" our house as well, which we appreciated. Scheduling times were flexible, and when he and his team arrived, Solomon sent a text prior to their arrival to let us know their exact ETA. I was impressed with their knowledge for treating stained roofs (without the need to "power wash") and the care Solomon and his team gave in covering our plants and rinsing things down afterwards as an added precaution. They used a drone to take close-up pictures of our roof afterwards, and to ensure we were happy with the result before leaving. He then followed-up later to see that we remained satisfied. We were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and care toward our house and roof. We highly recommend.
