Mogarth Upholstery

Craftsmanship and beauty are at the core of any upholstered piece and are what inspire me in my work. I have always had a great love of textiles and antiques and have been able to combine these passions to create Mogarth Upholstery. I began my career with a BA Honours in Fashion Design & Textiles followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Fashion Buying & Merchandising at University of the Arts London. I then worked in design and buying for a range of indepedent and global brands in London before a move home to Glasgow gave me the opportunity to develop my own business. I completed my Upholstery diploma with the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers in Stirling studying with Master Upholsterer, James Keane graduating with distiction.
