CRAFT Architecture Studio delivers design solutions that fulfill the fundamentals of an architect’s trade: the creation of clear, creatively developed drawings which allow for comprehension of design intent and which contribute to an efficient construction process. CRAFT uses a deliberate and intentional creative process to deliver design aesthetic that is well thought-out and proven. A wholistic design approach is considered vital to a successful project, defined by energy efficiency, durability and non-toxic finishes. Details are evaluated to preserve the permanence of the structure they define while at the same time offering progressive design ideas that are simple and effective. CRAFT is a full-service architectural firm with expertise in residential and small-scale commercial projects. Services include pre-design and entitlements as well as all phases of design, documentation and construction administration. CRAFT also offers interior architectural design and rendering services, project management and green building consulting. As a supporter of green building rating systems, such as LEED, CRAFT views implementation of rating systems as fundamental to furthering resource conservation and the construction of higher quality buildings, which are inherently more efficient to operate, have better indoor air quality and are distinguished as more enjoyable spaces to live, work or play. As the founding principal of CRAFT, Adam Wright was inspired by architecture at an early age, in part as the son of a home builder and in part by an appreciation for architectural drawings and the permanence of buildings. Adam began his career in architecture in 2000, completing his Masters of Architecture and working for a number of architecture firms in both Denver and Steamboat Springs prior to starting CRAFT Architecture Studio.
