We worked with Tru Habitat for our dream house and are truly thankful to all of the teams and Mike himself for an amazing job they did. They were able to complete the entire build in under 8 months which was very impressive. Mike was personally guiding us through the entire process on what selections we needed to make when. All of their teams were respectful, professional, timely and very experienced. Like any construction project, there were a lot of small nuances that came up. Mike was on top of them and always came up with options and alternatives to get them resolved. He took quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. If there was truly something that we were unhappy with, he went above and beyond to get that resolved. We had taken on this project in the middle of COVID with all of the shipping delays and a construction boom. Mike was able to still get all of his teams and all the needed materials on time. Week after week, we saw tremendous progress as the site as he personally oversaw the project. Above all, Mike is a gentleman and a man of his word. He is trustworthy, professional and has a lot of experience and knowledge about construction and real estate. He knows people within his trade and also local authorities which is a very important. We are glad we built our house with Mike and would recommend him to anyone looking to do a custom build.

We built custom, ground up new construction and had a great experience with Mike at TruHabitat. He was professional, collaborative and most of all honest. He worked with us to problem solve as ordinary course issues came up during the project. We were in constant communication and he was at the job site pretty much every day throughout the work.
