Don’t use this company. The vinyl flooring wasn’t installed properly. It clicks when you walk on it. An underlay wasn’t used. It doesn’t feel solid. The carpet was bubbling after a few months. It started to unravel in a year.

Mostly satisfied with the vinyl plank flooring. However. when it looked like some planks were separating and lifting up, I called FCILJ and they said someone would come to my house to check out the floor. I waited all day and no one showed up. I never received a notice or call to reschedule. To date no response. Also , because of inaccurate measuring of floors it took longer to complete the job.

great customer service , help me decide on type of color and flooring , professional, did everything we asked and made sure we were happy with results and Beyond. There was a lot of additional leveling of floors ,but all was including Installers did great job as well . Definitely recommend them

Overall I was pleased with the work done for my new floorings. However, the product is not as durable as I was told. Placing furniture on the floor in my condo has caused dents, even with using protective pads. Furthermore, service wise we never received our final walkthrough after the project was completed.

We hired this company to refinish the entire hardwood floors in our house and replace the flooring in a small area that had water damage. Unfortunately, after getting into the project, the damaged wood was of a non-standard wood product relative to U.S. standards (as was all wood throughout the house). We were not fully satisfied with the replacement wood which was nearly impossible to acquire, as the coloring wasn't quite right. Floor Coverings International offered us a very large discount on the entire project, without us even asking. We believe the company did the best that any professional firm could have done dealing with the unexpected constraint.

The customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable and patient helping me to choose a floor covering, as well as on time, professional, courteous installers. The new wood floors turned out beautiful!
