Urban Structures Construction

Urban Structures undertook a significant home renovation project for us and did a fantastic job which included refurbishing our kitchen and utility room, several bedrooms and bathrooms, building media walls, a dressing room, a cinema room and bespoke carpentry. Daniel and Scott are genuinely nice blokes and were great to have around. They were really respectful to us and our property. My wife was heavily pregnant towards the end and they were both so kind to her. There was quite a bit of scope creep due to uncovering several issues with the house and from us adding to the requirements along the way (sorry Dan!), but Daniel was very adaptable, communicated well and was meticulous throughout - it was clear that he wanted to do the best job possible. The initial quote was competitive and Daniel was very clear and fair with any extras. We are so happy with the end result and would thoroughly recommend Urban Structures!

Dan is not your average builder - he and his team is MUCH better than that! We used them for renovating our kitchen and we are really pleased with the end result! What we particularly like about them: - Dan is a “people” person. You don't usually see that quality among builders but he's one of the few. Sometimes what customers want will be different to what can be achieved (e.g. due to budget, building restrictions etc.), and Dan takes time to explain it properly and make sure a mutual agreement can be achieved. - They DO commit, from small matters like arriving on time each day to big items like meeting project deadline. We have our deadline pushed back a few times due to supplier issue, but Dan helped to juggle between projects to let us have a finished kitchen as early as possible. - Solid quality of work and competitive price which have been mentioned many times before so I shall not repeat. :) - Excellent communication as Dan makes sure he's responsive to calls and messages. - They care about the environment by ensuring all wrappings go into the recycling bin (we stay in flat so the recycling bin is communal and much bigger) and reusing the dust cover sheet. - They clean after job everyday so we have least amount of disruption while living on site. We will definitely go back to them when next project arrives. Thanks for completing an excellent piece of work Dan!

Daniel and has team have recently assisted me with the renovation of a derelict office building as well as the installation of a bathroom suite at home. I find his work to be of the highest standard and, unlikely other builders we have used in the past, he sticks to the strict time scales that were mutually agreed before the work began. He has also introduced me to a great architect who has assisted me throughout a recent planning application. Great experience all round.

Amazing job! Daniel and his team at Urban Structures Construction built our loft extension and made all necessary changes to the rest of the house in order to comply with fire safety regulations. The work was completed to an excellent standard and we were extremely happy with the result. Daniel continously communicated with us during the project and was very professional throughout. Daniel and team installed a new kitchen (units, plumbing, floor, decoration, etc) and built us an understairs WC. They were competitively priced and really high quality: good attention to detail, responsive to requests, went extra mile, and friendly to have around. Would highly reccomend.

Daniel, Scott and the rest of the team were amazing through a project that started really small to redecorate the wall and basically turned into a full refurbishment of our living/dinning room and redecorating the hallway as well!! We had new walls, new floor and skirting, new ceiling and coving, full redecoration including new radiators, lights and electric fittings! We are sooo happy with the final result and the quality of the work done by the team - their attention to detail was second to none! We also had to deal with various lockdowns, shortage of materials and delays by other suppliers, but always with great energy and a creative will to find a solution where we found hiccups along the way. We would work with Daniel and the team again in a heartbeat!

Danny and his team carried out two small projects for us in November. The initial estimate was detailed and reasonable so we agreed a start date for both. There were some delays caused by suppliers but we were kept informed and the work was carried out promptly once materials were available. The standard of work is more than satisfactory and we are very pleased with the result. We would be happy to recommend Urban Structures to other clients.

We have worked with Urban Structures on domestic extension projects and found their approach to working with us to meet building regulation compliance, responsive, very professional and thorough. Danny & his team, were working at our house, from late november '19 through until january '20. The work included removing a wall, doorway & existing stairs (replaced with bespoke oak stairs), a new bathroom, a new cloakroom & internal decoration, plus electrics & plumbing. The whole team were a delight to have around, the work was finished to a very high standard & the after sales service is exceptional. I would recommend Urban Structures to anybody.

Daniel from Urban structures was so professional and helpful! He came to fix a leak I had and various other issues in my house due to a previous builder who completely messed up the job and refused to fix anything! Daniel was a breath of fresh air everything was fixed quickly and to an amazing standard! Would highly recommend.
