Lomax and Chi helped me with a complete redesign of my flat in Chelsea. The worked involved structural work (to create a large kitchen eat-in kitchen and enlarged windows, French doors to create more light ) as well as complete redesign with new floors, kitchen, wardrobes, etc. and a new garden house. Chi completely understood what I was looking for, created a design that matched the brief 100%, got the planning permit, found very high quality contractors and suppliers, project managed everything from start to end and made sure everything was completed to the highest standards. I am extremely happy with the outcome, it’s a complete transformation of my home and I would highly recommend Lomax and Chi.

Chi Chi was an absolute star! She helped design, plan and advise on so many aspects of our renovation project. She made some changes to the original plans that have improved the structure and layout of our house and given us more space than we had originally envisaged. Her advice on everything from colours to use, fittings and lighting were absolutely invaluable. She's much more than a designer ... she understands how a family home will be used and incorporates small and big ideas that make a home more functional, aesthetically pleasing and valuable. Plus some of her recommendations saved our budgets as well making her inputs very cost effective too!

Chi Chi helped me figure out how to reconfigure my loft space to get everything I needed out of it. I now have a stunning full back, fitted wardrobe and and even enough space for washer and tumble dryer cupboard. I'm so happy with the results and couldn't have arrived here without her. We used Lomax & Chi for a full house renovation project. We worked mainly with Chi Chi who was incredibly responsive, reliable and very easy to work with. She produced full architectural drawings for us, including electrical drawings and submitted all our planning applications and most importantly dealt efficiently with last minute problems and surprises arising from the building works. She was full of clever ideas and being a mother herself understood the needs of a family home which I found invaluable and very insightful. She worked with us and our ideas for all the colour schemes and fabrics and helped us achieve exactly what we were after and a beautiful home. Jennie took all my random ideas and drew them all together to create my dream kitchen. She is very easy to work with, friendly and professional, good at problem solving, sourcing items and extremely patient. The project moved forward and was kept on track as she subtly nudged people along (not least me!) If you've never used an interior designer before and are wondering if it's for you - don't feel intimidated or hesitate any longer - do it!

Chi Chi created full architectural, internal design and small power plans for our new open living/kitchen/dinner area to include utility and bathroom. We used Lomax and Chi for a living room renovation. Although large, the room is an awkward shape and I could not work out how to make best use of the space. Chi Chi had really fantastic ideas and was extremely patient when I wanted to see multiple layouts. She thought about all the small details e.g. radiator location, lighting and even where the Christmas would go in Dec. Jennie and Chi Chi provided ideas for soft furnishings, furniture, lighting and fire. I purchased 90% of the items and it felt like having a personal shopper doing all the hard work for me. Jennie negotiated a great discount at sofa shop and helped choose style and material. My partner and I are extremely pleased with our space and could never have done it without Lomax and Chi design house.

I was adding a bathroom en suite onto my house and it was turning out larger than I first thought. Chi came up with ideas that I would never have thought of and I am extremely pleased with the result. She has been on call for any help I have required and it has been a pleasure to work with her. Having never worked with an interior designer before, I wasn’t convinced if I needed one for my small bathroom refurbishment. However, after meeting with Jennie from Lomax & Chi, I quickly realised that her expertise would be well worth the extra cost. Jennie was very professional and quickly submitted her drawings and ideas for my bathroom. During our chats she was able to pinpoint what was required and what style I was after. She made several clever suggestions, and kept her recommendations within a sensible budget. With so many decisions to make, it was a real time saver to have her great ideas and advice. She was also able to pass on her trade discount to many of the items I needed to buy. And if she didn’t already have a trade discount with the supplier, she would quickly arrange one. Jennie was very patient, answering all my questions, and helping to steer the job forward, keeping on track with the builders. I am delighted with the end result . Our bathroom looks so stylish and inviting now. I would love to work with Lomax & Chi on the rest of my property one day!

We approached Lomax & Chi to help us with the internal plans for our renovation project. We have a victorian terrace flat that needed completely reconfiguring and a new level incorporated. L&C did an incredible job of designing a home that worked for us. With a young family, we needed to optimise every inch of space and they provided us with clever and practical solutions that worked within our tight budget. We found L&C to be really easy to work with and supportive throughout the whole build. We would definitely use them again.

Lomax and Chi were recommended to us by a friend and we approached them to help with the redesign of the downstairs of our Victorian terrace. Before we approached them, we were really struggling to work out how to configure the room and having Chi on board was absolutely integral to creating the amazing space that we have ended up with. We found that Chi was incredibly quick to understand what we were looking to achieve by way of loon and functionality of the space and thanks to her expertise and creative eye, the end design was everything we could have ever wanted. Our building contractors have all been very impressed with the level of detail on all the drawings and mentioned that every conceivable detail was covered. I was most impressed by Chi’s patience with our tweaks and changes to the plans and her ability to provide revisions quickly. It has been so valuable having someone with her skills and vision at the end of the phone / email. We would absolutely recommend Lomax and Chi, without Chi, we know that we would have ended up with a space that wouldn’t have been right for us and after spending all the money on the building work we’d have been left disappointed. We’re already using them again to work out the best configuration for our new bathroom project.

Lomax and Chi re-designed my 2 bedroom flat in 2016. We completely gutted it and started over and they were instrumental in coming up with designs, ideas and solutions of how best to utilise the space, keep the character and make it feel like home with my style.
