My agent suggested I get my vacant property styled for sale and I could not be more impressed with the result. The house looked so good, I nearly didn't want to sell. Refresh Property Styling did an amazing job of chosing the right furniture and accessories to make my home look spacious and inviting. The result was a sale within 4 days of going on the market while a similar vacant property around the corner was passed in at auction for less money. Refresh Property Styling comes highly recommended. They provided a wonderfully subtle and elegant staging approach for our large house from top to bottom. Underpinning the approach was excellent initial consultation. We loved the contemporary artwork and selection To top it off, Cristina showed interest in how the campaign was going and lent valuable thoughts on the market, which was throughout the pandemic and very supportive. I would highly recommend getting your house styled with Refresh Property Styling. Cristina did an amazing job of bringing out the best in our Camp Hill Queenslander. It was lovely, cheerful, warm, and liveable. Cristina has the unique ability to find what works best, including for some quirky spaces. She has a great idea of colour coordination too and made our house come alive. I am now asking her for some advice on our new place. Cristina has a gift! Easy to deal with, professional and reliable. Cristina gives a lot of consideration to what works best for the property and the impression.

I employed the services of Refresh Property Styling to style my townhouse when it went to market earlier this year. I met with Cristina to discuss what I’d like and she went to work on it straight away. Styling really made a difference as it created a warm homely feel so that a prospective buyer could imagine themselves living in the spaces of this home. My property attracted a lot of interest when it went to market and I’d say that’s because of the fresh feel created by Refresh Property Styling.

I hired Refresh Property Styling to give my 13 yr old unit a bit of wow factor when I put it on the market. I asked them to style the large outdoor area, the bedroom, office, dining and living areas. Well I was blown away at what they came up with! I actually wanted to go back and live in there. The choice of colours was great and she liaised with me at all times along the way. As a result the unit sold within 7 days and I got a far better price for it.
