I would highly recommend Scott garrison for buyers or sellers. he is very thorough and knowledgeable. since I was an out of town owner I relied on Scott to handle tasks like getting bids from roofers to replace the old roof before listing , hiring a handyman, housekeeper and landscaper for a reasonable price. Scott saved me a lot of time and aggravation… he also gave me excellent advise on the sale of the house and which bids to consider. Scott went above and beyond what I had expected of any realtor. I met Scott Garrison here online. We are working together now to buy a bank owned home out here by UCF. I have been looking for about 6 months and have talked with and met several other real estate people during the process and have not found anyone I like better. He has been as much help to me as all of them together. Seems like all the others just want me to buy something right NOW or else, and he is patient as he let me take my time looking, thinking and deciding. He has shown me homes a lot of times so far and is still sticking with me. When he does not like a home I am seeing with him he certainly tells me straight. That is about a good as it gets I guess with a Realtor.

We decided to put our house in West Orlando up for sale in August 2020. We contacted Scott asked for his advice and option but did not actually start the process until the end of July 2021. During that time frame Scott kept in touch with us constantly and patiently waited and was available for any questions or concerns we had long before we were ready to put the house on the market. In my eyes he is the KING of real estate! He has been available all hours of the day and night. He is a real estate tech guru. He posted our home on multiple websites. In 8 days we had 113 showings. We had over 25 offers and sold our home in West Orlando and worked with them all until he had had one for us that was WAY WAY over FULL price. He makes everything seem so effortless. Just let him do his thing and you will get what you want for sure! Once we signed the paperwork to start the process all we had to do was sit back and watch the offers come in. He made selling our home seem so easy. He worked around our hectic work schedules even at closing. He handled all the details. We are so satisfied and happy with his service that we will use him when we buy our next home. We highly recommend his skills and expertise to anyone buying or selling their home.

I saw all the positive reviews of Scott Garrison on this site, and agree with most of them that he is a keeper. He is kind of funny on the phone- very direct - and tells me all the things I do not really want to hear but need to like how I will need to offer OVER full price on these homes or I will not get my contract accepted by the seller. He was right- I offered less twice and did not get the places, so we are still working together. It has been so long we have been working together I decided to give him a good review before I actually buy. If you are reading the reviews like I did and wondering, you should call him and ask him to help you if you are unhappy with your old Realtor like I was.

Wes & Scott Garrison were absolutely amazing! Buying a home is a scary thought and for most first time home buyers it’s like stepping into the unknown. Wes made the process so easy for us. No matter how small the question was he was always available and happy to help us. they, most importantly, always kept their word. He was honest throughout the whole process, even if it meant pointing out little things in homes that would eventually be a nuisance in the day to day living. He is also an effective communicator, kept us in the loop every step of the way. We knew what to expect and what to do and when during the closing process. Honestly, till this day, I’m surprised with his patience during the whole process. We looked at so many homes that we kept going back and forth on and not once did he seemed bothered by us not committing. He never pushed a house on us, which meant a lot to us. He was very detail oriented which helped narrowing down the types of homes we would look at. Honestly, I can not recommend them enough. They will give you their time and full attention!
