We recently built a house where the focal point was to be the back garden with views from many of the rooms in the home. The space was already small and we wanted to add a pool for lap swimming. Clint rose to the challenge with a creative, thoughtful space utilization design. While Clint has strong, well-developed, educated ideas about what will work, he also listened to his client and incorporated our ideas and suggestions or provided an explanation as to why something might work better. Obtaining the permit was an arduous process but Clint responded quickly and effectively to the City's requests for revisions. Through his contacts at the City, he was able to unlock the stalled process and get it moving again. Clint is well connected to the arts community in our city and was able to recommend a number of additional creative artists for other parts of our project. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Clint who is collaborative, extremely creative, detail oriented and supportive throughout the process.

We engaged Clint to develop a design plan for our backyard pool and outdoor kitchen/pavilion. We decided to put in a pool about a decade after our house was built, but we wanted it to feel like it was constructed at the same time as the house and really flow well with the house and not feel like it was an add on or after thought. He really delivered, designing a pool that is situated perfectly on our property and blends in really well with our home. Working with Clint was a terrific experience, as he listened extremely well to what goals we hoped to accomplish with our project and led us well through the design process. I would highly recommend anyone to Clint who is looking for help on a landscape plan for their home or business.

Clint was wonderful to work with. In fact, we would call him the savior of our landscape planning and implementation. We presented with a complicated elevation that required very specific details in order to allow water to flow off properly. It's been 3 years since implementation, and everything is working great. We were introduced to Clint via our Landscape Contractor. Clint met us at our home, listened to our ideas and vision and was able to create an unbelievably beautiful landscape design. From the moment we met Clint, we trusted him completely. He is very calm, patient and attentive. He always made himself available for calls for site visits. The complete project took 3-4 months and it turned out amazing. It is going on 1 year now and we are more in love with our landscaping than we thought.

Clint is a consummate professional and was very particular on details in our plan. Clint was brought to us during the planning phase of a new residence. He was very considerate of the ambiance we wished to establish, while also incorporating specific details we identified. Throughout the entire process, from envisioning a master plan to ensuring various vendors completed their tasks correctly and in a timely fashion, Clint was on it! He was able to convey what the project would entail and what was required to complete the project, provide an accurate and detailed budget, work with vendors to keep them on schedule, and provide project management and work assessments on-site. Clint was able to to it all, from start to finish, for our home. Based on our conversations with Clint, I have strong faith he would be able to provide fantastic services for a much wider and larger array of projects.

Clint brings a thoughtful and discerning eye to his client's projects. He listens for key themes in the aesthetic preferences expressed and finds the natural assets presented by the property, then shapes a solution that fits the client's tastes and the landscape's strengths. He can tailor a solution to the budget available. We've loved the master plan he developed for our 10 acres as well as the detail work he's done as we narrow our focus on particular projects.

Clint's designs are great. He does a great job getting creative with space and materials to create unique and appropriate spaces. He also does a great job working with clients to give them what they want and open to suggestion. He is very open to brainstorming different themes and coming up with great ideas.

Clint Rigsby is a real pro -- creative and visionary. I have three acres on Lake Keowee and my goal was to create a feel of the beach at the lake. Clint exceeded my expectations. My driveway is now lined with Palm trees and other plants that create the appearance of entering a resort on a South Carolina beach, but as you approach the house, the large rocks, ground cover and skinny oaks transition the feel to a mountain chalet. Clint helped me design walking paths through the woods and a "great lawn" with a fire pit for the grand kids to play. I couldn't be happier with his work. Jim Demint

Clint made the largest investment of my lifetime; my Dream Home come to life like I never imagined. His vision and ideas are a gift and he is able to explain and show you what he thinks is best.
