Our two-bedroom cottage was struggling to accommodate our family. It had come time for our two children to have their own rooms, and we could no longer entertain our friends and family in the space we had. Having engaged an architect to design the extension to our house, we were concerned to find a builder who would work with a design that had been put in place by a third party. We also wanted to find a builder that was reliable, local and who had a track record for quality work. Our architects set about identifying a builder to meet our requirements, and Constructive Homes won the tender – one of the key reasons was that the system he has in place to communicate with clients was open and transparent, enabling us to track all stages of the build and any variations to the contract Wayne has been fantastic, and has met our brief so well. The finished product is beyond our wildest imaginings. Wayne worked really well with our architects and delivered on the design, as well as providing excellent communication with us throughout the process. Wayne has a strong attention to detail and the quality and finish of the final product was all we had hoped for, and more. Wayne was so well organised, there were no delays and this was one of our main concerns for the build; that the builder would get caught up in the next project and fail to finish on time. This was not the case, and we were impressed with the professionalism and skill in delivering such a big project.
