Watershedd

Watershedd is a RIBA Chartered Architecture, Interior Design and Property Development company based in London and Cornwall working with clients across the UK on new build and extensions to private residential projects. The company originated from a strong passion for the Cornish lifestyle with its beautiful landscape, rich culture and the energy of the Atlantic coast. The constantly changing landscape directly informs our entire design process. We aim to use natural, sustainable, locally sourced materials and traditional craftsmanship in each of our projects. Our design ethos has since expanded across the UK with a strong belief that our carefully crafted designs positively influence and compliment the beautiful landscape. Each project responds closely to the surroundings creating bespoke outcomes for every site and more than ever we are striving to encourage sustainable building solutions.
