Extraordinary after sale service! After 7 years of purchasing furniture, went back to switch cushions on a sofa for a different density. Not only we were recognized instantly, but replacements were ordered and delivered home very fast! Total satisfaction with their attention and service.

I recently ordered the Uptown Bookcase from Wasser's Furniture and I am completely satisfied with my experience with their company. Jaime Wasser was very easy to work with and anytime I emailed her or called her to ask a question, she immediately assisted me and helped me every step of the way. It was worth the wait on the delivery as it had to be made and shipped across the country, but it came as advertised and we love the new addition to our bedroom. The deliver team was very professional and did a great job getting it set up. I would highly recommend using Wasser's Furniture due to their professionalism and attention to detail.

Without doubt, hiring Wasser’s to decorate my new home in Boca was a really smart decision. Any qualms I may have had initially about decorating a home remotely were obliterated by the thoroughness and design capabilities that the Wasser’s team showed from beginning to end. The villa was measured meticulously by designers and renderings were drawn up. Then, throughout the process of furniture selection, deciding on palettes, layout, etc., Jaime and her team were true professionals. Furniture selection was finalized over Facetime so I knew what I was ordering every step of the way. When I was indecisive, the team was calm, respectful, understanding and helpful. I really could not have asked for anything more. The furniture has ALL arrived (earlier than promised) and looks so beautiful. Absolutely the best experience ever!! It has been a pleasure to have worked with them.

I have only great things to say about my experience with Wasser’s Furniture! I was referred to Wasser’s in July 2021 and worked with Jaime Wasser from the start. Her level of professionalism, experience, technology, and follow up were off the charts! I was building a new large home and needed furniture for almost every room. My designers were located in Chicago and I was without assistance locally. Jaime stepped up and became my local designer. My appointments with her were extremely efficient and productive. Within one month, my four meetings yielded furniture for my entire home. During each meeting, Jaime created a power point presentation which she added and deleted items of interest and looked up availability, timing, and price which were important factors in my final decision. Once my furniture was ordered, their tracking system goes into effect! I could call and get information on the status of my pieces and their data was spot on! The delivery of the furniture was handled in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend Wasser’s Furniture!

I don't typically write reviews; however I needed to make an exception when it comes to Wasser's Furniture. I live in Central FL and had searched for a specific American Leather sleeper sofa. The service in Orlando was horrific and decided to try Wasser's when I was in South FL visiting family. What a huge difference! This family owned business takes the time to listen to your needs and assists you every step of the way. Jaime was instrumental in getting all the logistics worked out-- given the fact that this was being delivered to a second residence, it was extra challenging. Kudos and thanks to Jaime and the entire team at Wasser's Furniture. Great Job!!!

We recently completed a condo reno in South Beach with the Wasser team. The scope of the job included architectural features, lighting, a wet bar installation, interior design and of course, furniture for the 2500 square foot unit. Josh was meticulous when it came to responding to our questions. He and Katherine, our designer, worked together to achieve exactly what we were looking for. Both were very knowledgeable about products and knew where to find the exact pieces to complete our look. Their architectural and contracting, team the Newmans, worked hand in hand with them for a seamless job. This was important since we did this from the Northeast and during Covid. We heartily recommend the Wasser team and look forward to more projects together.

What a great experience working with Wasser’s Furniture. !! We were new to the Miami area and purchasing furniture for our first condo. Having moved from the Northeast I was looking for a change of style. I searched many furniture stores and am so glad I went with Wassers!!! Katherine ( lead designer ) was so thorough and patient through the process ! She had Great design ideas and helped me step out of my New England comfort zone into a gorgeous new home design. I loved sitting with her in the design area where “ the magic happens”. Jaime came in as well and helped pull it all together!! What a great pair! Not to forget Josh - all of them answered every email , question , and concern - sending pictures and details . We could not be happier with our purchases and love the elegant comfortable warm look of our room! The delivery was truly “white glove” - designing the room placement with great detail. Jamie was very professional and patient when we chose couch. Received the couch a bit delayed ( Covi19 ) but was worth the wait.

I knew the dining room set I wanted to purchase but got such a run around from so many furniture stores it became frustrating. Then I walked into Wassers’s Furniture Store! And I’m SO GLAD I did! What started out to be replacing only my dining room set turned into redecorating my entire apartment after meeting Jaime from Wassers! Jaime was up front, honest, fair and matched or beat any prices any where! And believe me, I had done my homework! Wassers is a family owned and run business and you begin to feel like family working with them! They have an amazing variety of companies they work with all over the world and can find just the right pieces for you! We had such fun working together and designing each room! I also had the pleasure of working with Josh, Jaime’s Brother who was extremely helpful and Katherine, their decorator who guided me throughout the process. what a great team they are!. The best part was yesterday when my furniture arrived! Everything is so beautiful, great quality and perfect in my apartment! It looks like every piece was custom made just for me! I’m beyond thrilled! I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was so unique I wanted to share! If you are looking for furniture, do yourself a favor and go to Wassers!
