From planning to clean up, Ward's is the best! The schedule is adhered to like it is carved in stone and the carpenters are people you can trust in your home. About 15 years ago I discovered a leaky toilet and sagging floor in our main bath. The handyman (now deceased) said the walls also had to be replaced. My mistake was not calling a contractor right then. The bathroom was gutted, and my husband wrote a check each week. Five weeks later we had an incomplete bath we couldn't use that didn't meet code. Ten contractors refused to take the salvage job. I was at my wits end the day I finally walked into Ward's Kitchen and Bath. Chuck Ward has many awards for his designs and work. He was compassionate and caring, and agreed to correct all the mistakes and put the bath back together. In less than two weeks he took my sow's ear and made it a silk purse, giving me a small lovely bathroom that finally met code--all just under budget, on time, with no problems. If only I had hired him first. Unfortunately, in those days I didn't know the importance of taking before, during and after photos, and we've moved since then. However, yes, I would definitely hire Ward's Kitchens and Bath again. I can't say enough good about Chuck and his team. He was a delight and fantastic to work with, and his work is top quality and absolute perfection.
