Virginia Realty Partners, LLC is a firm with aggregate real estate expertise exceeding 200 years. VRP was founded for the distinct purpose of bringing a focused spectrum of real estate disciplines to the direct benefit of Clients. The differentiating characteristics of VRP are: Its very reason for its existence is to bring together, maintain and continue to develop a team of individually selected real estate professionals with various backgrounds and areas of expertise so that the breadth of analyses and experience based creative solutions can be offered to Clients. The VRP business approach is articulated through its slogan, “We have roots where others have branches.” The roots are more than just strictly locational in nature. They are also roots in communities and local economies, and in lives of families, businesses and organizations. This means that the VRP definition of the Best Transaction is the one that is examined and planned v simply being categorized by industry type or dollar volume. It means that sometimes the best advice to a client might be to take action that does not result in the highest financial reward to VRP.
