Fantastic service start to finish! Holly was wonderfully informative about the carpet options and very patient as we took various swatches home several times, and asked lots of questions. The install team was friendly, very skilled, and able to finish our big job in one day. I LOVE the look and feel of my beautiful soft, new carpet! I'm a very happy customer.

We just had Vogel’s Carpet & Flooring install over 1000 square feet each of carpeting and hardwood flooring / stairway in our Edmonds home. My wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with the results. It was a pleasure working with Vogel’s staff through the entire planning and installation process - pain free. During the planning process we visited their store location and they were very helpful offering options to meet our desired needs. There was no pressure to buy, and they encouraged us to take the time necessary to get comfortable with our decision. We ordered several carpet samples and used them in our home to arrive at a final selection. We communicated with them several times during the planning process and they responded very promptly to emails and phone calls. They made an in home visit and got detailed measurements for the estimate and further discussed options and answered all the questions we had. The estimator had a strong construction background and helped us understand how the work crews would go about the install and minimize impact on walls and existing trim work. The hardwood floor installation lead also visited the house to fully understand the job scope, address final detailed questions that we had, and ensure we had a fine tuned estimate. The installation dates were set and executed as planned. We were doing interior painting during this time and Vogel’s coordinated well with us. The installation crews did a fantastic job. They communicated extremely well, and focused on addressing all of our questions and meeting our needs and expectations. Their work was the highest quality and we could not be more pleased with the results. We had expected to call our painter back to to touchup on walls and the existing trim work. This was not needed as there were no scuffs on anything. Rather amazing. We also felt we got good value for the expense. It was well worth it. We would certainly use them in the future.

We were very happy with the service and installation of our flooring from Vogel's. Hector was the main installer and Marcus worked with him. It was a difficult install because it was located in a lower level, older home bathroom. The floors needed to be leveled, the floor drain then became a problem. Hector was a miracle worker! He was very creative, using common sense and his incredible skill to make this work. He and Marcus both knew what they were doing. They were courteous, meticulous, thoughtful and patient. Staying with it until the job was done right. I would recommend them over and over again.

We hired Vogel's in October of 2021 to re-carpet two stairways in our townhome. We had a great experience in the showroom. Every employee we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable, and they seemed to really work as a team. A few weeks later we ended up having unexpected water damage to our home and had to push the carpet install back seven months! Vogel's was very sympathetic and understood the situation. They never asked for the balance in order to keep the carpet stored for the seven months. They were supportive and allowed me to keep pushing the install date further and further back until the house was ready. This is great customer service, and I really appreciated this. The carpeting ended up being installed beautifully. Everyone who has seen it so far is very impressed. We couldn't be happier with the Vogel's team, and we will absolutely be hiring them for future projects!

I have nothing but 5 stars to report for my experience with Vogel's Carpet and Flooring. The carpeting and pad which they installed were done perfectly. With the help of their skilled staff, particularly Jennifer, Holly and the installer, I have a wall to wall carpet which is beautiful and functional. Fine 100% wool Troy carpeting in a rich Berber style. More expensive than I originally planned, but perfect for what I need. I expect to enjoy it for years. thank you, Vogel's !

Vogel's was easy to communicate with, came out promptly to estimate, and gave us a price for our "dream" carpet that matched what a competitor gave us for our fallback carpet option. They also gave us a discount for paying by check. We'll use Vogel's again and won't bother getting several bids next time!

Vogel was the consummate professional from start to finish. They met with me quickly, located the high-end wool carpet that I needed, and met a very quick install deadline. Their work quality was superior and their prices competitive, over several other companies. At every stage of the process, I was kept informed and their follow through was top notch. Their product knowledge helped me decide about padding and put me on the right track. I would not go anywhere else.

Vogel's Carpet & Flooring knocked it out of the park once again! They did a fantastic job about 10 years ago re-carpeting my condo so when I needed carpet in my house I called on them again. I needed a VERY quick turnaround installing new carpet in the basement of my home before it went on the market. From selecting the carpet & scheduling it only took them ONE WEEK to finish the job!! John Lopez helped me pick out the carpet and shuffled their schedule around to fit me in with such tight timelines. John was amazing to work with & the Vogel team did top notch work. The carpet looks great! Scott came by a few days after the installation to check on things and make a few adjustments. I can't say enough about team Vogel's expertise and professionalism. They've got a customer for life!
