Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. is the retail division of Westchester Modular Homes in Wingdale, New York and was established in 1989 to better serve Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties in New York. Since their inception, Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. has built more than 500 homes in the lower Hudson Valley. At WMHCC, we provide custom in-house design, engineering and complete construction services - we do it all! Our team of building professionals consists of a full time sales staff, construction managers and coordinators to assist you every step of the way. As an employee-owned company, our entire staff takes pride in the homes we build for our customers. We invite you to tour our beautifully decorated model open Monday-Saturday and Sunday by appointment. We also encourage our customers to tour the factory to see first hand how quality Westchester Homes are built. The factory, located in Wingdale, New York is open for tours the first Saturday of every month (excluding July and August). The Factory Tours run from 10 am to 3 pm and are open to the public. From the beginning this has been a wonderful experience with a great group of professionals. From the day we went to the factory, to the final inspection by the town building inspectors, WMHC staff were helpful, supportive, informative, proactive, knowledgeable and professional at every step. We were always kept in the loop of progress. Everyone who worked at the house came smiling and appeared to enjoy their work. Our only complaint is that they finished the work and we probably won't see them. The construction part of the project began on May 5th, 2017 with the demolishment of the old house. All the work was finished by August 30th, 2017 (about 4 months). The only holdup was the town inspections.

I tore down existing home and built new home approximately 2,000 square feet during the Spring and Summer months of 2016. It was a large project and I relied on the builder for the entire project. Although there were several issues that occurred, the builder and entire team were very responsive to my concerns and needs. My concerns and issues were resolved in a timely manner and I was happy with the end product. Most importantly, the team provided a quality product and service as promised. The project was completed pretty close to plan and budget. Patrick, Liz, Vincent, Steve and the entire team did an excellent job.

We were very satisfied with the relationship we had (and have) with Westchester Modular Homes. From the design stage through construction they were very helpful in laying out our home, working within our budget, and bringing the home to the site in a timely manner. We also utilized them for the site work and foundation and found them to be very professional and their subcontractors to be of the same caliber. The are very satisfied with the end product and workmanship. We recommend them to anyone who would like to take this path in building their home.

I bought a modular house through Westchester Modular in 2015. They demolished the existing house and put up a new colonial-style, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom modular house that is 2000 sq. ft in size. In general, they were easy to work with and had reasonable number of options in terms of materials and colors to choose from. I didn't have a lot of special requests because this was planned as a rental property. In summary, the project went well and house was delivered in about 9 months from start to finish (including time for design, blueprints, permits, etc.) What I didn't like was that the interior of garage was not finished (not painted or primed) and thought it would have been. On the plus side, Liz and Patrick from the project delivery team were a delight to work with. They kept the project moving at a quick pace and provided frequent communication to inform me of what was going on. One of my biggest concerns from the beginning was there would be lots of unexpected hiccups that would cause the price to swell up. I am happy to report that the price increased very little from the original quote and any increases were very reasonable due to my requests for changes such as additional lighting or outlets.
