Vince Same has 25 Years In the contracting business, home repair and remodeling field. Serving residential clients, along with other commercial and industrial projects as well. As a master Carpenter, I relish the design challenges of an upgrade or a renovation. We do all sorts of professional remodeling services for residential homes, starting with a simple painting of rooms to complete bath and kitchen remodels. Other services include: hardwood flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrical, wall papering, custom-built cabinets and bookshelves and installing faux beams for the inside of the home. We also build decks and complete hardscape projects such as patio, pavements etc.

VT Same redesigned our Master Bath and did a great job! This project was a complete redesign and reconstruction of our bathroom. They handled multiple change orders in a professional manner and had the skills to cover all the types of work needed, from tile to plumbing, to electrical.

Simply Professional to the core. Had very useful suggestions and made some amazing improvements. We came up with a few basic ideas (from HOUZZ obviously) and he & his crew ran with it and executed with great perfection. He is a great problem solver and we were thoroughly impressed with all the workmanship. At the core ours was Painting and Hardwood floors project. We included some other aspects such as Wallpaper, Tiled wall, faux beams and wooden cabinets. In the end we feel our home was indeed upgraded and couldn't be more happy with it. We are definitely considering bringing his crew back for our Master Bath renovation soon!
