Our project was a gut remodel of a bathroom, in a 60 year old house. Vendrasco Construction and their team of professionals met our expectations and the bathroom turned out beautiful.

Linarosa is an excellent contractor. Everything she does is high quality with attention to details. Her sub-contractors are excellent, do quality work, and clean up after daily after the job. Linarosa is a joy to work with. I trusted her implicitly. I respected her decisions and suggestions on design. She is above the board honest. Most importantly she cares about your home as if it were her own.

We can never say enough positive things about working with Linarosa! She is the contractor we recommend most often to our design clients because she is honest, hardworking, beyond fair, easy to work with and honestly a blast! She makes what is a very stressful situation (client's having their homes or offices ripped apart) into a delight. She is constantly keeping us in the loop of any situations that come up (welcome to construction!) so we can brainstorm together the best way to proceed. All her vendors and sub-contractors love her which speaks volumes about her and her integrity and because of that I've seen them move mountains to help her out and get things done faster for her than they do for other contractors. She has a long standing reputation in Santa Barbara + Ventura Counties as well and frankly KNOWS EVERYONE! She is respectful and does beautiful work and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her to work with because we know her jobs will get done well!

Linarosa was extremely responsive and communicative leading up to and during the project. She and her team did excellent work to complete the project to our expectations and to problem-solve issues that arose in the process that were out of their control. Everything was done on time, they went out of their way to make things convenient for us, and it was the cleanest post-construction site I have ever experienced.

Bottom line first: We would definitely use Vendrasco Construction for another project . Linarosa is quality oriented, maintains open lines of communication, was highly responsive to our requests and inquireries, and is cost conscious. We are very pleased with the final result of our project. Vendrasco Construction performed a complete, down to the studs, remodel of our approximately 2,100 sq ft two story house. Our project was in progress during the Covid pandemic, with the attendant challenges in availability of materials and services. Linarosa managed those challenges well, and kept us informed of the impacts on our project. As the project proceeded Linarosa made several recommendations regarding the appearance, functionality and/or durability in the construction of particular areas. The recommendations were sound and did improve the final result. Unanticipated problems (such as issues identified after demolition) were thoroughly explained and solution options (with an eye on costs) presented. Linarosa worked hard at obtaining reasonable costs from subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining quality. The workmanship of the subcontractors she selected was high quality, particularly the tile setters. She was a strong advocate for us when navigating the bureaucracy of the city and SoCal Edison. We count ourselves as fortunate to have stumbled on Vendrasco Construction.

I have so appreciated having Linarosa as our contractor. She has an amazing focuse to detail. Linarosa is wonderful to work with.

Linarosa and her crew with Vendrasco Construction and Development Group are the best! Her communication is incredible (which I thoroughly appreciate), her estimates have been spot on (it was so nice to not have a bunch of unexpected costs!), and she finished the work on time - woo hoo! Even with supply shortages, etc she went out of her way to come up with a plan B and plan C to make sure that the work was completed on time. Oh, and did I tell you that we love it?!?! Our kitchen remodel is beautiful. She even helped us pick a countertop that we envisioned in our heads but couldn't find, then went out of her way to find us a different vendor that was a better price. Our finished garage is a dream (my husband's, not mine -haha) and the work she did to our bathroom is exactly what we asked for. We are so appreciative of her time and work. However, most importantly, she is kind, funny, and personable. She went out of her way to make our toddler feel special (our toddler is now in love with her) and I knew I could call her with my insane thoughts and she would laugh with me and then make it happen. It has been so nice to actually have a relationship with our contractor where we felt heard and had fun! Thank you Linarosa!

When Linarosa is on your project you can easily see that her experience, and many years in the business, definitely shows through. She works well with her sub-contractors and is, clearly, well respected. What I appreciated most is her attention to the details and how she thinks through solutions to come up with great ideas and other options. Linarosa knows the costs of labor and materials and approaches expenses with an eye on your budget. She is fair and honest. Lina is the ultimate professional. She is easy to communicate with and is reliable and does what she says. She works extremely well with all the subcontractors and is highly respected by them. It was a pleasure working with her on my kitchen and great room remodel, we finished on time and on budget. I plan to use her services again on my upcoming master bath expansion.
