Matrix Marble and Stone

Matrix Marble did a wonderful job of our kitchen countertops and backsplash installation. They were very knowledgeable about their products. They were very professional and helpful during the whole process. Laura, the sales person was terrific in guiding us through to completion. Of all the companies we have dealt with during this long distance renovation, Matrix Marble was so organized and communicative. Thanks again!

Great materials. Ridiculous pricing.. Horrible customer service. Amateur results. Pathetic installation. DO NOT use them for the installation. The owner will not stand behind his results. Everything that goes wrong will be the customers fault, or the contractors, or the designer. They charged me #22K for travel and lodging. $100K for the job.

I had 2 kitchens done in granite by Matrix. One was done beautifully with seams hidden. The second kitchen had a more subtle pattern in the granite, and the join was under the window, so... lots of light. Matrix has a certain joining method that is from Europe, and may be stronger etc., however, I did not like it at all. So, I contacted my sales person, Laura, who then got the Ivo Zanatta, the General Manager involved. He took time out of his busy schedule to personally supervise a site visit, and the replacement of the stone with a flush join as per my request. I am happy to say that though I expected a tough fight, I got instead awesome customer service, reason and understanding, and fixing of my issue, simply and professionally. I will actively recommend Matrix Marble, and Laura in sales. Other than their professionalism, Matrix Marble has a much larger selection of stone that I experienced when I was shopping for it.

Matrix Marble did a fantastic job supplying and installing our locally quarried white marble counter tops and backsplash. The timeless look and lifetime durability of these beautiful countertops is impressive (the pictures don't do them justice). We would highly recommend Matrix Marble for your next project.

Matrix did an awesome job of our new countertops, including a very large island that required a seam. They bookmatched the stone so the continuation was perfect across the seam. They have the best selection of stone on the island and experienced staff for cutting and installation. We couldn't be more pleased with our new counters.
