I have been using these cabinets for my kitchen renovation jobs for the last 2 years. Their customer service is excellent and we have had very few issues. The quality is great especially for the price. The soft close hinges and drawers are a huge plus! Doors fronts are a great profile and the customers love the full overlay look. I haven’t had any issues as a builder and our clients are always very happy with their products.

I too been having promblems with my white shakers doors and drawer fronts cracking within 4to5 months ,some are already been replaced once for this same promblem . Company thinks it's a water promblem but in fact it a delamination promblem , cheap glues used in the veneer process is all it is not water . It's a continuous promblem for the past 3yrs . I have all ready started making new doors and drawer fronts cause I know eventually I will be replacing and repainting .

Do not buy cabinets from US Cabinet Depot. Their dealers advertise 100% wood cabinets. But the door are MDF, they fall apart. The boxes are real wood. The company is really rude. The dont sell replacement doors.

My project started January 13th with the tear out of my entire kitchen. We had received an email stating the my cabinets were shipping January 15th. I was informed in MID FEBRUARY that my order had been misplaced. When my order was received, the driver had a list of backorder items. Additionally, we had to send 6 cabinets back due to sloppy construction and assembled wrong. The company gave me $650 for inconvenience. Did I mention that this order was over $13,000 for the cabinets alone. I did have a conversation with their representative. He was rude and unconcerned. They had me over a barrel, I had no kitchen. To reorder through another company would have included a refund through US Cabinet Depot (the $650 took 45 days) and redesign for another company's product. Would I use this company again? NO!!

I remodeled my entire kitchen with US CABINETS. The kitchen looks fabulous. My friends and family are amazed at the new look. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. All the cabinets have a lifetime warranty. The shaker white is gorgeous.

I am a dealer in Novi, Michigan for this cabinet line. I have found the quality of all the door styles to be excellent. Rarely something comes in damaged and they send a replacement right away. The soft close doors and drawers work very well. The assembly, while tedious, produces a very strong cabinet. The instructions included are accurate. In the last 40-50 kitchens we've purchased from them, I cannot remember every having a missing part. The only downside to this line is that if the homeowner damages a door, say a year after install, USCD does not sell just the door, you have to buy the whole cabinet. I recently built a brand new home, my builder uses this company for their projects. I have had multiple cabinets of the shaker white crack, I've called multiple times to the company, whom will only talk to the builder. I have asked numerous times for the rep to come to look at the cabinets. The company after multiple attempts of me calling them called my builder to have him call me to tell me my kitchen cabinets can not get wet. For anyone who has children and cooks knows how unrealistic it is to never get your cabinets wet. I would not use this company again due to the communication issues, the cracking/damage of the product and if you do not have a proactive builder good luck getting any issues resolved. I never write reviews but after spending so much money on my kitchen I would not want anyone to experience this!

Honesty and professionalism are the top two characteristics I look for with any of my home needs, and this company is spot on. Open with ideas, designs and truly listen to what you need. No complaints- highly recommend.

Our salesperson was arrogant and did not want to come back to our home to discuss layout changes and products. He preferred to handle everything over the phone, hence, we had cabinets included in the layout that were not what we wanted. The York Chocolate cabinets were 4-5 different colors of brown from the cabinet face and sides to the crown molding and toe kick. Total disaster! They should have never been installed. I was not happy with their offer to attempt to correct the issue as it would not have solved the entire color problem. The company admitted to issues with this line but would only remove the product at my insistence and give us a refund. My husband had to move/lift the majority of the uninstalled cabinets as the people that they sent to our home for pick up were not permitted to enter our home. Our project was put months behind as I had to start my cabinet search over. This also put us about $7,000 over projected budget.

We have been using USCD cabinets for over 2 years and are very pleased with their products and service. Any problems we have, which are very infrequent, is handled quickly and efficiently.
