I researched a few pool companies to help us with the design of a new pool and Urban Oasis was head and shoulders above the others. The owner, Mike Perkowski, is a true artist that brings a sharp eye and unique design capabilities to pool design. Once construction began, Mike was involved in every aspect and the entire build went smoothly. I have been involved with many contractors and Mike's attention to detail, passion to "do things right", and overall performance are exemplary. I highly recommend Mike and Urban Oasis for anyone designing/building a new pool.

When our front-yard fountain/waterfall suddenly stopped working and we were unable to trouble shoot a fix, Mike from Urban Oasis came to our rescue! Despite the complicated nature of our water fixture, he was able to diagnosis the problem very quickly. We anticipated that repairs would require a lot of time, energy and money but that was not the case. Mike was able to accomplish the task the next day and for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and is, without a doubt, an expert in the field of pools and fountains. We're now using Urban Oasis for routine maintenance of our fountain and they will be our go-to when we fulfill our dream of designing/constructing a backyard pool!

Mike Perkowski designed and guided the development of our unique in ground swimming pool. His conception incorporated existing landscape features -including an adjacent waterfall and challenging elevation. Both his artistry and conscientious attention to detail made our "pool experience" enjoyable. We are thrilled with the results. Everyone seems captivated by the beauty and serenity of this pool. Mike's calm and friendly nature is a bonus. We strongly recommend Mike as a pool designer.

Couldn't have been happier with Mike's work on our pool. He was able to see our vision and bring it to life. Having the practical tools to go along with the creativity. He was able to guide us all the way from the design phase through the construction and completion. For us being first time pool owners, it was great to have someone with Mike's knowledge to help us. Mike Perkowski, owner of Urban Oasis Pools, did a really fantastic job designing and building my pool. I wanted an essentially traditional rectangular pool with a few aesthetic/bling features and Mike worked with me to make that happen. We went with a dark colored Pebblesheen interior surface to make the water color appear a very dark blue and cold, we added swim-out shelves along the interior for people to sit and have conversations or to just enjoy the pool with their head out of water, we included a waterfall that spills from a hot tub above into the pool and we added iridescent glass tiles along the tops of the swim-outs and pool steps to add visual interest to the pool interior and to function as safety markers to ensure proper footing. The pool is 6 years old now and it still looks as good as the day it was first opened and made ready for swimming!
