I have zero design acumen and even less time to try to figure it out. Thanks to Lourdes, our home, which once resembled disjointed and sparsely decorated rooms now flow beautifully. Lourdes worked with the good pieces we had and added new furniture, lighting, accessories and paint. She even ordered a custom rug to fit in an asymmetrical room. For an underutilized space, she created a homework/art area our two kids love. Our remodeled kitchen is my new happy place! Lourdes is extremely knowledgeable, inspired in her designs, and decisive. She gets things done, with minimal disruptions. And she’s even more diligent than I am within our budget. She helps me think long-term and make wise decisions. I I am so excited to have a home that I want to invite people to visit!

After six years in our home, our space still looked like my husband and I had just moved in. We knew it was time to invest in creating an environment that reflects who we are, a place we would be proud to invite friends. As our realtor, Lourdes helped us sell our first home and buy this one. As our designer, she used her talent to help us make our house into a true home. Lourdes’ ideas and suggestions made all the difference. Concepts that were simple and obvious to her, like hanging longer curtains from a rod closer to the ceiling to elongate the room, helped us elevate our space. A blue console table that we purchased together (I hate shopping, but it was easy and somehow fun with Lourdes there to guide me!) is one of our favorite new pieces - it’s a bold statement piece that is somehow cohesive with our entry and living areas. Lourdes helped us achieve our goals while having fun! She keeps me from getting sucked into the Pinterest vortex by offering just a few choices for each decorating challenge. What would stress us out is her ‘happy place.’ Her passion is refreshing and contagious. I’m always recommending her to friends!

Lourdes is a highly professional designer, super friendly, and very understanding person. She is very creative and super reasonable at the same time. As an artist, I thought that I know a lot about how to decorate your own house but I was amazed by all the tips I received from Lourdes and how much improvement can still be done to bring our interior a few levels up. We discussed what can be done in our kitchen and then almost every room. It was a little overwhelming because I was trying to remember everything we were taking and all suggestions. Lourdes followed up the next day with the detailed report and offered to answer all our questions. So now we have a plan to move forward. It feels great! I would recommend Twin Interiors to everyone who wants to be proud of their house and enjoy living in it even more than before.

Lourdes took our master bedroom from confusing and boring to an updated cozy space that we love. She was so fun to work with! The whole process was enjoyable, individualized, and easy.
