After deliberating for nearly 20 years about what to do with my old kitchen I finally took the plunge and decided to have a new kitchen. After some online research I visited a few shops on Esher High Street. Upon entering Turne r& Foye Stacey immediately made me feel very comfortable. An appointment was made and Stacey soon visited my house. What immediately struck me about her approach was that she asked me how I used my kitchen and from the start she worked around my needs rather than imposing preconceived ideas. My old (not that large) kitchen had used the space quite well, but having customised units rather than being limited to standard sizes made all the difference. From the beginning the plans and estimates were very detailed and professional. The software Stacey uses is very impressive. Stacey and Anna visited my house regularly to present the designs, explain and discuss ideas and changes very patiently. I often find it difficult to take decisions. I was never pressured into anything. Turner and Foye work with excellent professional craftsmen and recommended an excellent builder to me who renovated and prepared the kitchen to an outstanding quality so the cabinetry could be installed in a perfect manner. The total project management was superb. And needless to say, the kitchen turned out to be of highest quality and standards. Working with Stacey and Anna was a delight. They took the stress away from the upheaval of putting in a new kitchen. I would definitely recommend Turner and Foye.

After looking at the usual high street brands we realised that all most of them offer are standard size units with little to no customisation or imagination. We were looking for something a bit more for our new kitchen extension. Given the time we have been spending in our house we wanted to ensure it met all our needs so we decided to look at independents that could do a real custom kitchen to fit all our needs. We found this at Turner & Foye in Esher. Anna and Marc were superb. We had lots of ideas about what we wanted and they listened and delivered. Nothing was too big an ask - even making several changes throughout the process. They came up with a brilliant plan that incorporated all our foodie requests (including some amazing appliances for my husband that loves to cook). They worked very well with our builder and interior designer to deliver our kitchen in the very complicated times of the pandemic. We had several delays due to COVID and related pinging, and a couple boiler issues, but Anna immediately rescheduled all the different contractors to ensure smooth delivery. The fitter was fantastic and our kitchen is a dream now that it is complete. We would highly recommend using Turner & Foye to get the kitchen you truly want.

As soon as we walked into Turner & Foye, with a large dog, we were made to feel so welcome. They are a highly professional company who turned my drab, brown kitchen, into something that looks like it should be on the front cover of Homes & Gardens. Emma was amazing, with so many practical ideas and constant visits to the house, to check we still liked everything they were creating. Anna too is such a delight, with her huge smile and always ready to help in any way she can. I would highly recommend this company for its professionalism, creativity and just the pure delight in dealing with them. I still pop in to say a quick hello, and am always greeted like a long, lost friend. Fantastic company and I absolutely love what they have done.

Our 23-year old kitchen was in need of a facelift but we did not want to replace the whole thing as it is good quality oak. Our brief to T&F was to replace the kitchen island with a new one, re-using the existing top, covering the space of the old one exactly (the stone floor does not run under it) and give us more storage and a wine fridge. This meant we needed a truly bespoke design, not something botched together with standard-sized units, which the majority of companies use (even the big names.) Tuner & Foye delivered a bespoke design/build island that totally met our brief and we could not be more pleased with it. Everyone from designer, project manager, carpenter, fitter and painter was a pleasure to work with. Our kitchen has been transformed and so has the way we use it. Highly recommended.

Turner and Foye were extremely professional from the moment I walked through the door until the moment the kitchen was complete. Emma was prompt in turning round documents at the relevant planning stages, meticulous in her attention to detail and a true pleasure to work with. She liaised well with the project manager and other parties involved and I felt more than comfortable leaving her in charge when we vacated the property during the installation stage. Anna provided helpful ad hoc advice when necessary. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone looking for a beautiful, top quality and unique kitchen.

Emma and Anna at Turner & Foye were both extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process of planning and installing our new kitchen. They had lots of excellent suggestions about the layout and didn't mind when I changed my mind! We had a lot of work done but they were great at engaging with our builders to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. They were both involved in checking progress and making sure that everything was done to the highest standard. We are really glad that we chose Turner & Foye.

Kitchen refurbishment + bar area for a basement home cinema & entertaining space + storage units for a gym. Turner & Foye are a friendly and professional kitchen design company who make bespoke kitchens, bars etc. of the highest quality. I can only praise their commitment for not only designing beautiful units and spaces together with us but also for manufacturing high quality units (two different styles to suit our kitchen and the new basement) and for managing the whole project very efficiently, including schedules, ordering appliances, deliveries, fitting and painting all the units and solving some minor problems and communicating well both with us and our building company. We are very pleased with the end products and would highly recommend Turner & Foye to anybody who would like a beautiful, bespoke kitchen or units for any area in their house.

The attention to detail and design process was extremely professional. They really listened to what we wanted to achieve and joined us in our journey. They were flexible with ideas and imaginative with problem solving. We can not recommend them highly enough if you want the best kitchen you can have! We think we now have it thanks to Emma, Anna and the whole team!

Kitchen refit - Turner and Foye made a great effort to understand how I use my kitchen, what I expect from it and my ideas before proposing ideas for the refurb. They managed my expectations and completed the project to time. In addition they included several finishing touches (e.g. extra shelves in cupboards ) which completed the look of the kitchen. They were a pleasure to work with - highly recommended,

Excellent kitchen design by Pauline, all my request were thoroughly thought through and I'm as thrilled with my kitchen today as I was on completion nearly five years ago! After care is excellent too. If I ever move house and need a new kitchen I would use Turner and Foye without a doubt. Can't rate Pauline and her team highly enough Jackie Burgess
