We remodeled our 1980's all oak entry stairway to all new wrought iron balusters, oak trim, newel posts, and railings. We needed professional help both with the design and installation. We ended up going with all of John's recommendations on the design and are very happy with the result. Construction quality and materials are very good. Installation was on time per the agreed upon schedule. Communications were also good, including Traditional Stairworks providing a recommendation for a paint contractor who also did a nice job on stain and finish coating. Price was reasonable for the scope and high quality materials provided. Overall a very good experience with no complaints.

John's work is custom all the way. People who see our home says the staircase is the show piece. He communicated well through the entire project. I would recommend John to anyone and would use him again on our next remodel.
